Tony & Paul - Workout - Chest 94 - Tuesday 4th June 2019

Strength was quite good for this workout, we did perform the flat heavy DB Bench Press first which did help and will be something that we perform on a regular basis from now on to progress further on this exercise.

Tony & Paul - Workout - Back & Shoulders 79 - Wednesday 5th June 2019

Workout completed in our gym which went well but the back movements are more intense in comparison to the other gym we normally go to every wednesday.

Tony & Paul - Workout - Arms 43 - Thursday 6th June 2019

Arms workout went well, we performed 4 sets of 6, 3 different movements for biceps and 3 for triceps, overall a good workout despite the lower calories and carbs.

Tony & Paul - Workout - Legs 243 - Friday 7th June 2019

Probably our last workout up this gym for a while, we used pretty much all of the leg machines and dropped the sets compared to normal, this was a progressive workout and our strength levels were good enough to get through it without too much of a struggle.

Tony & Paul - Workout - Back 120 - Saturday 8th June 2019

Back workout today went well, we have now caught up with the gym videos in this forum due to Tony making most of the videos for the week in one go today, we were both quite strong but i decided to reduce the volume of this workout to 4 different exercises and 4 sets for a total of 16 working sets + some warm ups compared to 5 exercises for 4 sets for a total of 20 sets, this was done because we have both had a complete fasting day today to offset the +200-400 calories consumed Monday Wednesday, Thursday and Friday all from high protein low carb foods to allow for us to keep making decent progress in meeting our fat loss goals.

Tony & Paul - Workout - Legs 244 - Sunday 9th & Monday 10th June 2019

Quad workout was performed really early at around 5:30-6am in the morning - front squats and smith machine back squats then we went out for the day and got back at 3:40pm and went back in to complete the workout performing hack squats and leg extensions. The other workout was performed at around 12:00 pm on the Monday after we had fixed the plate to our new pivot leg press. We have added 2 new machines to our gym, a vertical leg press and a pivot leg press which we will be using for this Fridays leg session.

Chest workout was great, we now start with Flat DB Bench Press due to energy levels being higher at the start of the workout and it has been working well.

Tony & Paul - Workout - Back & Shoulders 80 - Wednesday 12th June 2019

Back & Shoulder workout performed in our gym again for the second week in a row, we both find it a more intense workout so have lowered it to 4 exercises for back instead of 5 and have increased the sets to 5 compared to 4 so the volume is the same as the normal workout completed up the other gym.

Last weeks back workout went well strength was good but due to performing the same exercises on the wednesdays prior to this workout energy levels tend to drop slightly.

Tony & Paul - Workout - Legs 246 - Sunday 16th & Monday 17th June 2019

Last sunday's quad session & mondays hamstring and calf sessions went well, we have added 2 new pieces of equipment to our home gym, a pivot leg press and a vertical leg press which we will use for our Friday and Sunday leg workouts from now on.
