Tongkat Ali LJ100

Just to clear up, I stated in the pass that lj100 x 2 at once caused anxiety. Well I guess it was coincidence cause I have been dosing 2 caps 3x/day and have had no problems.
 
Due to this I want to go up to 800mg a day but it gets pricey even at 600mg/day of lj100. Can anyone comment on whether bulk supplements is a reputable source for lj100?
 
I think Tongkat Ali (for T) + Cistanche Deserticola (for DHT) might give the better felling ever :)

It's going to be unique for everyone. However, it is important to keep in mind that almost all the positive studies out there used 100-200mg/day.

I stick to 2-3/day myself.

Yes, one group of athletes he know and he has followed was taking up to 800mg, but its always best idea to begin with 100-200mg and increase if needed.
One guy I know who live here (41years old) is using 800mg daily but he does not feel much from it, while another guy who is 52 and taking 600 is loving it. More energy, increased libido ++

If it raises 5AR then it means less convertion to DHT :)

Why? automatic thinking on word "reductase" point to reduction, so seems "reduce T". LOL when i read much i make bigger mistakes than that! :)

The difference would be the Eurycomanone content for one, LJ100 has less. There are some other compounds that differ between the two as well - LJ100 may have some that the other doesn't, etc.... That doesn't mean that one is better than the other though - as I don't know of any study that has compared the two in athletes. Try'em both.

I consume one capsule of Testojack 100 and it give me considerable boost in energy. If I have caffeine prior to taking the capsule it makes me very uncomfortable and agitated. Is that a reaction to the 25mg of Tongkat Ali or the 125mg of Tribulus.
Will Tongkat ali increase adrenaline production? Or have some neuro effect?
 
Tongkat Ali and Ashwagandha go very well together IMO. The increase in libido (and potential mood benefits) from tongkat go very well with the reduction in anxiety and stress from Ashwagandha (less anxiety and more libido is a great combination in the bedroom). Additionally, there is research showing that tongkat Ali can benefit both men and women, and also a study that Ashwagandha can improve female sexual function.

Both Testify Pro and Alphamax XT contain Ashwagandha and tongkat Ali, although I think that only Alphamax XT contains at least 30mg withanolides (30mg/day) and 1.6-3mg eurycomanone (3mg/day), which are the exact amounts used in the studies I referenced above. Of course, both Testify Pro and Alphamax XT are GREAT products (powder and caps respectively).

I personally think it's awesome to see these herbal ingredients finally getting some modern (scientific) recognition, validation, and use after hundreds to thousands of years of traditional use. I especially like that these ingredients can help with many issues, but are also even good for general health and wellbeing as opposed to having a benefit or two but being generally unhealthy.

In other news, my 2% tongkat Ali extract powder clumped into little rocks that are very hard. I'm not sure why; the bag is fine and I don't recall leaving it open, and the 100:1 extract I've had for longer is fine. It still works, but the rocks are usually bigger than the 150-200mg serving I typically have, and it can be annoying to break up the hard rocks and weigh out the fragments. Plus it's insanely bitter, and the last time I had one of the rocks (~150mg) land on my tongue I tasted the extreme bitterness for a good few minutes, haha.

I would start cutting back on the dose of Erase PRO. Drop to 1 cap, and if libido is still low after a week or two, drop it altogether and run LJ100 solo to see if that helps.
 
Thank you I'll try that , got to tell you very frustrating . I was going to add Eliminate later not sure if that's a good idea?

I would hold off on the El1minate until we figure out what's going on with the libido.

Perfect advice here. Libido is as much about estrogen/testosterone interplay vs. pure testosterone levels.
 
I took one capsule of LJ100 45 minutes before fugging my wife tonight.

I've taken Viagra before (50mg chopped up in third's or fourth's).

And this experience felt like that. I had an amazing erection and amazing control.

Anyone else have this type of experience?

i'm thirty years old and ran LJ100 for 2 months somewhat recently. For the most part I ran 200mg a day and that was enough to notice pronounced effects. Of course I'm still pretty young relative to sexual performance and function but I would get as many erections a day as when I was 16 years old and even if I was tired I would still wake up with morning wood haha. Now that I'm about a month removed from it, and things have gone back to "normal", I'm kind of sad lol.

I did try consuming some larger doses here and there, 6 - 800 mg and would say that I think there was some increase in effectiveness. But I think that generally it's more dependent on how much you have built up over time in your system from a daily dosing regimen, so that if you want to run these high doses for greatest effect, you need to dose that high daily.

The only negative side I can report is that I decided to consume the powder without the caps to get some acute effects prior to go time with my lady and that seriously upset my stomach for a minute lol. But otherwise, any time consuming it encapsulated was fine.

My libido on TA was amazing. Felt like I was 14/16 years old lol
 
If I run 1200mg of TA 200:1 and I do not get boners after 4 days, is it legit? I'm just wondering, I used another brand before and had good results, but either I am already "immune" to it or it is bunk. I've bought Tonvara and it seems to get good reviews here, so not sure. Maybe they put some Cialis in my old TA.

Libido effect of TA vary from person to person. It is VERY individual . I know a guy who is 61 and he felt no increase in libido but he good a lot of energy and felt good on it while other guy who is 37 got sick libido on TA. (Just 1 of many examples).

Other example:
One guy who is 41 felt nothing on 200mg LJ100 first week.
Nothing at 400mg second week.
Little bit more energy at 600mg 3rd week.
6th week where it began to be a huge difference for him. Amazing energy at work, gym and generaly feeling better.
He has been on LJ100 10 weeks and last 4 weeks have been amazing for him. A lot of energy and feeling positive aggression.
