Loose powder from a non-vendor here I believe but known on Amazon. Also use the Testo-Jack 100 from NOW and one capsule has an effect on me that is only 25mg TJ100 per capsule.

I just started 6 and feel great . What did not go well?

Excessive and almost uncontrollable nervous energy as in continuous pacing. For about 6 hours. Emptied my bowels as in Grizzly size stool. Headaches. This is the loose powder RJ100 which admittedly I may have taken more than the 150mg I eyeball measured on a teaspoon based on the body weight to serving size provided. The serving size to body weight chart has since been pulled from the site btw.

One capsule, which is a half serving, of The TestoJack 100 gives me a great deal of energy but a general uneasy feeling as well.

Wonder if Tongkat Ali can take a different pathway in some folks. Such as myself.

I had the same reaction but not as severe with a capsule half serving of Beta Alanine.

Have not seen anything about their TA. I know I'm biased, but I'd prefer to go with a patented extract that is 3rd party tested like LJ100 or another similiar.

Start at 200mg total/day split into 2 doses (am/pm), but not too close to bed as some notice it keeps them up.

Most studies use 100-200mg per day with great results. However, many in here are mega dosing up to 600mg/day with even better results.

I personally run 200-300mg/day and love it. Never gone higher.

Also, note that if you do go higher than 200mg it would be beneficial to watch BP as a few have reported it being raised on higher doses.

Yeah I know, I tried LJ100 in the past and it is pretty decent, but I also got some Nomor Depkes licensed stuff in the past which was very impressive (and they appear to have the same stuff). Well, maybe I will do a minimum order and bin it in the worst case

According to some "how to find legit TA" websites, Tonvara is dubious and not legit.

To be fair, no testing, etc. but my subjective impression appears to be the same.

But I am not a big fan of LJ100 either, especially not if you have to take so many pills. I used some TA in the past which was apparently legit accordingly to many sources and it was definitely more intense than what I get with Tonvara and LJ100. Well, maybe they mixed Cialis in it

the price of lj100 gets stupid if you are dosing anywhere close to 8 caps daily, imo!!!

I think it is priced too high even at 2 caps per day, lol!!!

but I don't have the money to spend on supps some of these guys seem to have....
