Tommurph STENADROL & TR3ST LOG

I always feel better on wetter compounds,I always get sick on dryer ones. "PH flu" is pretty well documented. I think that epistane and the old pmag are probably the worst that I have done. Still love epistane though. I felt great on DMZ/tr3st. Just wasn't liking the route the ole nips were taking in life. Lol

I'm definitely going to have to try DMZ. Been hearing a lot of good things about it. So far epi is my favorite. I get a little back swell from it, but as long as I hit 1.5 gal of water and take a g or 2 of taurine, I feel great.

I think so. There are two types of aromatase inhibitors, irreversible steroidal activators (e.g., exemestane) and reversible nonsteroidal imidazole-based inhibitors (e.g., anastrozole, letrozole). The first type, suicidal inhibitors, bond permanently with the aromatase enzyme, the second type only interfere competitively, this cause a greater chance for rebound as it take more time for new aromatase enzymes to be created than for existing ones to become free from the competitive bonding of type 2 inhibitors.

Well your a wealth of info, thanks so much for your imput. I feel comfortable doing another wet compound, and have the proper protections in place. I would say my nip issues were minimal considering the amount I'm taking, so with exemastane running with it should make excellent results!

I'm an info... wealth has unfortunately passed me by.

Great log by the way. Awesome strength and size increases.

I think I'm being a little to aggressive with the Stenadrol going to 6 caps. Blood pressure was really up just had to lay down tonight and let it wear off. Going back to 4 caps tomorrow and keeping trest at 150mg.

Yep always better safe than sorry especially with bp. You were already killing it at the lowe're dosages as is

Thanks brother!

Keep busting it, Tom! You're getting some major GAINZZ even st the lower dose. No need to risk the sides.

Thanks, I will run it longer, my six weeks will be up this week, but I think I'll run it another 2 weeks.

Way to go! Those are some mean gainz! 2 more weeks=6 more lbs!

Time to give the heavy benching a rest. Yesterday I tried 365 and failed, and my shoulder has been bothering me ever since. I think it's time to give BPak a try!

That's why I started incorporating more TUT sets cause my joints were starting to bother me from all the heavy lifting.

You've been hitting the weights hard!! Kickin butt for sure! Gotta watch out for the joint issues though! No fun!

Thanks man, one kid was wacking a tree with a stick and the other got too close. A few scratches on the face is all. Arms are tight now!
Ha, two stories related here. When I was a kid I was spinning around with my dad's colgne bottle in my hand. He had a set that was a bunch of Chess Pieces from Avon I think... Anyway my sister walked into it and it knocked her front took down her throat! Guess who got his ass kicked that day... LOL She was 3 MAYBE 4 then so she was cute as a button for 3 or so years with no tooth in front.

Second story hurt me a bit more... We were outside playing baseball with a tennis racquetm like had it turned sideways trying to hit the ball with the skinny side. Well my brother swung it and I was too close and took it full force in the ear on the back side of the swing. The thing hit me so hard in the ear it split my cartilage, I am proud to say I didn't even go down! Tough little bugger I was. I still have a V in that part of my ear at the top of it. Looks like someone cut a v out of it but it the skin never tore just split the cartilage open and of course it swelled like a mofo! Glad your daughter had none of that!
Day 33

Congratulations Man that is awesome!

There you go man! BPak's program will help with that for sure. Well it should anyway so long as only hurting and not an injury requiring some treatment.

I really wanted to be able to bench 400lbs by end of next year, but no longer think it's worth it!

Thanks Kat, I want to be lifting when I'm 100yrs old so I better be good to my joints!

Funny stories, my oldest daughter 10, was flinging her arms around in the pool and hit the 7 yr old in the mouth and knocked one tooth out and the other loose! Just apart of being a kid I guess.
I'm really going to look into buying MI40, I get his emails and have watched a lot of his videos, I think it's time to start! I don't think the shoulder has damage, I have complete mobility, just pain in it.

Good deal then it will help you recover!

400 is a big #, but I'm shooting for it to..
365 was my best so far..

You'll get there bro, just take your time, heal up and keep killing it..

Thanks man, I really a appreciate that! I was going to give up on 400, but you made me feel I could do it in another year or so. Just make small gains after healing up good!

Yup.

Live to bench that 400 later on and not tear something in the process.

Smart man.

Well I've got the MI40 program and want to start it tonight just a lot of info to get through, I feel like I need a week to study.

I'm going to incorporate it into the rest of this weeks workouts then start Day 1 of the program on Monday. I think this will keep me focused.

Should be nice.. Get it done!

I'll be throwing up a log next week and I might give that a shot for the cycle..

Damn bro, I wish I had a copy of that MI40 workout regiment haha!

Going to log Tr1umph for Oly... I'll most likely bridge it into another Oly product, haven't chose between my options yet..
Awesome man, I'd like to see what Tr1umph does for you!
Right on. I'll look for your log!!
Damn bro, I wish I had a copy of that MI40 workout regiment haha!
If I can figure out how to send it to you I will.

Day 43 weight holding steady at 203 lbs down from 206 weekend weight. Started messing around with MI40 last night, will start Day 1 of program Monday. Worked biceps, 3 exercises, incline DB curls, straight bar BB curls, preacher DB curls. Felt really good about the workout, I felt like I intelligently worked the biceps. I could feel the difference, kind of like noticing the difference between powerlifting and bodybuilding.
