I know I know...I put like, 2 tbsp of syrup, the eggs were hard boiled, I hate Ketchup anyway. But I know the French Toast was bad, I needed Carbs, they were out of oatmeal :(

well I went and warmed up for squats and was dripping sweat and very lethargic, did one set of 315 for 6, feel horrible, then did 3 sets of leg press, 600x12, couldnt think straight, so i just did 15 min of light biking...gonna rest tomorrow and hit arms monday

That is about goddam close to a perfect diet Tom. Go for it and just adjust your portions to fit with your calorie drop each week.

Agreed, well done diet. Just make sure that 5th meal is your Post WO meal since you have some nice carbs in there.

No :( its from my first cycle of Hdrol...I cut the whole summer before I did my first cycle. I switched the tint levels it make it look cool, but I'm getting excited for this cut, usually people dread cutting but I put on some unwanted fat, but also some good muscle and want to let it shine! haa
I got 9 weeks until I can do another cycle...maybe
Pre WO
(1 hour)coffee w/1 shot espresso, skim milk, 1 tbsp of sugar
(30 min) Blue Up, NO Explode, Creatine
gonna go hit chest and uping the cardio from 30 min to 35 min...

when should I switch to Creatine Ethyl Ester?

Why do you feel it necessary to do CEE?

Most people don't feel any better effects from CEE than regular mono... Probably just hype.

Also, you've been on creatine for awhile. Might be time for a break.
