Tomahawk Stop Being Stupid (Turinabol LV)

3/27 Day 29
Last night wasnt the best situation for muscle growth. Had to come home and take a nap before my workout.
Chest at the FC.
Worked chest and hit it good.
Flat DB press: 100*14, 115*9 (next weight up is 135 such bull****)
Incline DB press: 95*10, 95*9, 95*9 (not 100% sure on those numbers)
Smith Neck Presses: 105*15, 155*12, 155*15(mainly my wrist bothering me)
Cable flyes: started with 70 did drop set 10 pounds less each time 10 reps each time
Cable Tri ext with ex bar reverse then reg: 50*10, 57.5*10, 65*10

A woman had me record her doing an exercise. She had great video quality. If I can I might see if she will record me doing some lifts bc my camera phone video sucks.
 
Diet has been slacking a bit the past 2 days so I will sure it up from here on out. I weighed myself with everything on and all it was 237. Not really the direction I want to go in but I just keep in mind I am getting stronger. More carbs than usual so weight shouldnt really be too bad in reality.
Tomorrow I will have a sub and low carb noodles(maybe white rice, damn asian in me lol) but will take Anabolic Pump before I eat.
I am def a bit sore from legs Friday but it shouldnt be too bad. Hopefully I can get to the FC at a good time and find someone to lift with to help push me a bit.
Hoping the guy who talked about lifting today was serious bc Id love to be back in a gym even if it is a bit later than I would like.
 
3/28 Day 30
Was back and decided to try and max on deadlift.
Wasnt a good idea I was by myself and never really got into it like I usually do. 605 went up and I say I got it mid thigh but couldnt finish it out. It def did a number on me so then I tried 585 and that was a no go after trying 605. I ended up just doing a set with 495 for 4.
Lat pulldowns: 110*10, 110*9, 120*7
BB Bent over rows: 225*9, 225*9, 225*8

3/29 Day 31
Rest day. I was just plan exhausted. I took good naps throughout the day. Diet has been pretty solid which has kept the gains lean. I can def see a difference in how I look. I cant wait to really start my cut wow that just sounds wrong.
Cut will include:
Formestane by CEL 4 weeks then Formestane LV by PP 4 weeks(Thanks thebigt)
X-Lean by IBE or Reduce XT by SNS 8 weeks
Vapor XT by AMS
Maybe a topical fat burner but it is unlikely since I dont think I will be quite ready for that.
That is pretty much it except for the basics for me atleast. Any suggestions are welcome.
 
Hitting the FC in a minute. Going to FINALLY update my Ipod thought I would be able to before my workout but not going to happen. Hitting shoulders tonight solo.

Idk if I said this already but for PCT it is going to be the TR Stack by Primordial Performance plus some clomid.

I think I am going to do a stack post PCT which will be:
Formestane by CEL 4 weeks
Formestane LV by PP 4 weeks

X-Lean by IBE 8 weeks

Vapor XT by AMS 9 weeks with a 1 week break between bottles

HGHup by AppNut I have over 2 bottles so I am going to start running this a little bit early.

Any added suggestions would be welcome.
 
3/30 Day 32
Shoulders was blah. I dont think I pushed nearly as hard as I should have. Thats what I get for not having a spotter.

Military press: 185*8, 185*9, 185*8
Arnold presses: 50*12, 60*9, 60*8(not too sure on the reps on this)
Upright rows: 155*9, 155*9, 155*8(never been strong on these plus front delts were toasted)

Looking back I probably should have done more but I was ready to call it a night.

The bottle of Turinabol LV is def getting low :(

I think I just set up a 1st date with my future wife and I dont even plan on getting married lol.
 
I think my log has all but died after being moved to cycle info lol.

Legs today hopefully someone will be there to spot me and push me to do 455 for reps like I want to. Diet wasnt too good today but had to go to the hospital so I have an excuse.
 
Wow, azn girls that aren’t Americanized cook, clean, do all the house work, my nails, pedicure and don’t complain oh and hw. Any other race for me is just for fun, I'm marrying an azn haha. :smite:

3/31 Day 33
Bad ass leg day today. I havent had such a good workout in my life. I was in such a good mood going into the fitness center I was afraid it was going to negatively effect my workout. Thanks to gymaddict aka Nick I had a great playlist on my Ipod to get mode to move some iron.

Started off with squats: warmed up 135, 225, 315, 405, 455. Decided to go with 500 go big or go home. Got it pretty easy so my friend said try 515 and somehow I got it. Huge PR for me. Most I had done before was 475 earlier this cycle. This stuff is legit. Primordial Performance nailed this product. I havent ran a Halodrol clone before so Idk how I react to it but I dont see many reports like this.
Hip machine closing: ended up maxing it out
Leg extension: nothing too special but felt pretty light
Hip machine opening: close to maxing it out and felt good
leg curls: did 14 reps with the 185 so used 200(max) did sets of 8 then 7
seated calf raiser: worked up to 3 plates and did 9 reps. They felt pumped.

Was just a great workout and I am going to be said when this cycle is over. Going to do 4 days of Sustain Alpha in a row. Saturday is supposed to be a good day ;)

No right now I am taking 3mL a day so 90mg a day.

Oh ya and my weight was 236 today so I am staying about the same weight throughout this. A few pounds up from the start but that was mainly at the start when I was taking the Decabolen on workout days.

4/1 Day 34
So Idk what was up but the guy I was supposed to start lifting with this month never responded back to me so I guess I dont have a new lifting partner or a ride to the gym. Im glad I didnt go ahead and pay for a membership.

I went to the FC tonight. I tried incline BB but I was just too sore. I felt it more in my joints then muscles so I was like no go.

Feeling confident as a mofo. I will def put on some Sustain Alpha before my date Saturday night. I guess I can credit the guy I was supposed to start lifting with for something if the date leads to something.
 
4/2 Day 35
Chest today, went there and ended up working out with a guy I know bc we were both doing chest.
Flat bench: 225*20PR, 315*1, 315*1(WTF!?), 275*9PR
Decline DB press: 75*15, 75*14, 75*13
Cable Flyes: 70*15, 70*15, 80*10
Tri ext Superset 10 reps each rev then reg: 57.5, 65, 65

My chest especially bench was acting weird today. Just look at when I maxed on bench. I did 225 for 15 reps, 275 for 7 reps and then 315 for 4 reps.
It was still a good workout. I left the FC pump and feeling like my chest and tris were going to explode. Tomorrow should be a good day. Got to get a few things done to look right and then its off to have a good night. Back and bis tomorrow so not a bad workout pre date.

halo clones are often over looked because so many people have cycled them either solo or stacked. halo clones remain at the top of my list of ph's for their consistent performance, halo's never let me down. this one looks like it may be one of the better one's-great log tom.

Um ya so I def cant complain about anything that happened today. Getting into the 600 pound club for deadlift bad ass. Then the date went great. This chick is real cool. I could make a list of y but then Id feel like I was just bragging :silly: lol. I will see her again sometime this week. I just want to say she squats and deadlifts so :smirk:

600lb deadlift...last time I did deads was on an M1T cycle, and I had to run to the bathroom and puke afterwards. Congrats.

Haha should I have brought her up. I take things slow so things wont get that heated up for a little while. But ya if things go as planned she will be around for a while.

Women like a nice body, but they LOVE confidence far more. I have seen some questionable looking mofo's at the local bar getting booty just b/c they are so confident.

And look at Notorious BIG; his friends said he was big, fat, and ugly (his friends), and he was, but those same friends said he got more girls and nicer ones than they did. Just mad, mad confidence.

Add to that a nice body (since this girl seems to have a little gym rat in her) and you should be good to go.

I think that quote is from an ED drug commercial-Levitra or Cialis-they should start marketing it to tren users (and I don't mean liqui-levitra either).

The pottery class result doesn't surprise me; anything that says "pottery" or "class" sounds painful.

Dude, sushi+gun range=an f'ing winner! I want to go do that by myself right now! That's an awesome idea; I can't believe I didn't think of it (note to self for future reference:)), given that I used to go to the gun range so frequently. I don't live anywhere near there anymore, but Atlanta, GA has gun ranges where you can "rent" a fully automatic M16, MP5, or AK-47 for an hour to use there for like $100 (not sure if that includes all the ammo you will go through, lol). Now that would be the shiznit; just watch those silhouetes disintigrate-you barely even have to aim. But even just popping the 9 or the 5th off is plenty of fun. And the 5th has some buck too, so you can "show her how it's done" or show her how bad your aim and gun control are, depending on which one is the case (LOL). Worst case, go with the 9!

Well I am going to take our .357 revolver :AR15firing: that has a crimson trace laser grip. That way she has a good 1st gun experience. I am pretty sure she will be able to handle the kick of the gun alright. Dad kind of suggested the .45 Springfield XD but I was like ehh no lol.

Squats big set was 415 for 6 reps
hack squats 1 plate all the way to 5 on each side for 10 reps each time(easy)
standing calves: 3 plates a few sets of 10-12
seated leg curls: I love this machine did a number of sets used 90 pounds to really feel it
seated calves: 2 plates 12-14 reps
leg ext: 1 plate till I got bored
donkey calf raises: 3 sets 9-12 reps 400 pounds, love this machine.

I set up a meet with this French chick I have been texting with. It is on Thursday and the date with Lindsey :) is on Wednesday. French chick has a long distance bf deal and just kind of meeting her to really put a face with all the text. Nothing special just Zaxby's and she will be paying for her food so not a date in my book.
 
The plan of attack for PCT and beyond.

I know what I have lined up for PCT.
Clomid nothing too special as far as dosing.
X-Lean by IBE POSSIBLY Supress-C by CEL but not likely
Sustain Alpha to hold me over until something arrives.

Liver Juice for some more almond fun.

I am still not too sure what I want to run post PCT yet.
It looks like it will be a horn dog stack by AI for 8 weeks to really solidify gains and keep possible gf happy ;) . Maybe formestane, cortisol control, HGHup App Nut, and Vapor XT for a jump start on a cut with running the risk of losing the strength gains I just made. Or a USP stack of Prime, Recreate, OEP, and Powerful to do some cutting and hopefully keep strength up.

I wouldnt mind some opinions. I cant quite decide what I want to do and it somewhat depends on the girl situation. If I have a gf I dont want to have to even worry about libido being an issue.
 
turinabol sky rocketed my libido. all other PH gave me much more sides and crushed my sex drive. SD being the worst. All those natty products you mentioned are not going to come close to PH's . Why not just wait it out and cycle again in a few mths after you return to homeostasis. Throwing all kinds of supps into your body imo is more harmful than beneficial. Just on come creatine in pct and stay on that it will yeild good results. Not really a fan of test boosters

Lastly Suppress-c has my vote for cort control. I would run clomi 50/25/25/25 ATD 0/0/3/2/1 and suppress-c starting day 15

I agree with the above folk about taking some time off after PCT and just waiting to run another cycle later. Just run some cort control in the mean time/as part of PCT/etc. That way, you will know what is going on with this girl and you, and you can plan your next cycle accordingly (and you won't risk this cycle's gains). You know, in the very unlikely event that this $hit falls through (I don't see how though), you can punish yourself with a 6 week tren cycle and 10 weeks of "monk status".:silly:

i have actually heard a few guys say that tren INCREASED their libido.
btw- i think he is going with the springfield .45, i took a look at it and it looks sweet.
 
I also planned on running DTHC post post cycle, why is this a bad idea? Im happy i chose suppress c as my cort control, its getting a lot of praise.

Shoulders in the gym with the new workout partner and a friend of his who is visiting. Nothing too special as far as a workout. It was more of a bodybuilding workout. So lots of volume nothing too heavy or fun.

Did military up to 205 for a set of like 7 which is good for me. I think he helped out a bit.
Some DB raises front, lateral, and rear.
A plate loaded behind the neck press in line motion. I dont like behind the head but I actually like this machine.
Shrugs barbell and a chest machine that works good for shrugs.

Had a good pump going and even felt pretty strong on the military.

Ok time to answer some questions and say a few things.
1) Tom is right we are going to take the .45 SpringField XD but also a 12 gauge shotgun.
2) I just dont want the risk of libido gone when something is supposed to happen and her be like wtf?
3) Idk too many monks with the kind of anger I would have while on a tren cycle especially after I facked up royally lol.
4) Im really ready to see Lindsey tomorrow lol.
5) I have been having some headaches lately. Idk if it is bc of all the pollen or what but it got worse during my workout today.
