I've really been trying to get more back work in every since we touched on it that one day but it's hard to for me to figure it into my programming without it just being an accessory to my DL day. although my programming is constantly evolving. that cybex machine man, it was legit!
 
Ha my ex father in law came at me once with his fist in the air. (actually back in high school he wouldn't even let me in the house cause I had blue hair and he assumed I was a punk. I got a business degree and have been running the business with my dad for 21 years lol). My wife and I do the same thing and REGULARLY refer to a primal life. Anything that is moving, eating meat, breeding, positive hormones. caveman style. We typically will go to Pho and hot toddys as cold remedies before we go to dayquil etc even. But I can't honestly answer what PEDs are bad for you and what PEDs are good for you.

Did you know Nicotine has been shown to help Alzheimer's patients? I stayed away from PEDs for the reasons I mentioned before but also because I don't know enough about them from a health perspective, but I'm learning what i can and dabbling and if it makes me feel a little more primal I'm for it as long as it's not at the risk of my heart.

I normally only run one plate but I told my buddy that I just want to do 225 for a 3x5 today and we may as well go double plate since it's so light. they felt faster and more explosive with 2 plates than one so I said dude I gotta try 275 and 315.

my ass was so low in the setup though a part of me sorta feels like it could help me getting out of the hole with squats too.
FWIW, I wasn't talking about regular dhea at all as a PED. I believe it's a hormone we need on purpose. 1-DHEA and all that is what I was really referring to.

yeah that's a big reason why I consult the guys here a lot before I even consider trying anything to make sure I understand what road I'm going down, what the long term risks are, what the short term requirements are (on cycle, pct etc). I dreamed I had puffy bitch tits the other night, that's how careful/paranoid I am. although last night I dreamed my boy and I were shooting gremlins from this cool look out tower so my dreams are all over the place.

I gotta say man I really am liking the dermacrin and sustain alpha. if it doesn't conflict with your ideas maybe it's worth giving it a try?
 
I keep going back and forth on getting back on some type of cycle. It's been 5 years since I used anything. I never used to feel this way, but at some level I feel like I'd be dishonest with the lessons I'm trying to teach my kids. Just my thoughts for myself.

Honestly if you decide to go down that path, something like ~150mg of test microdosed dauly would probably be a big performance boost (2-3x what you are doing) without a big risk to your health. And if it goes well you could stay on it for a long time. Slow and steady wins the race!

Regarding values, that is still within normal American medical TRT dosing standards. Not a hotrod “longevity” clinic in Florida; I mean in any state you could expect to find a regular endo who would find that within reason.

Hit top golf with some friends last night that we never see cause we live two hours apart. Since I got serious about training again my golf game has improved substantially which I think is because I've lost some mobility and my wrists aren't snapping through the impact anymore

Shoulders still feel off a bit since I changed my squat grip last Monday. Wanted to go heavy bench tomorrow but I may take one more rest day or treat it as a deload if I can get in.

My wife's German Shepherd passed away this morning sorta half in his sleep. Super blessed that this is how we checked out but she's is totally wrecked by it. I'll either bury him myself under her tree here on our property this afternoon or take him to get cremated. He was an important part of her life changes in the past decade so I'm gonna let her get some air today with a friend, and see what her heart decides it wants this afternoon. I'm so grateful we didn't have to put him to sleep, even though the loss is painful for her, we both know he made it far easier for us.
 
Well, I wasn't even talking about the illegal ones necessarily. But in our home, we discuss optimal health often and the ways to pursue it. We also talk about health risk often and ways to minimize it. So, if I say "we eat the way we do 80-90% of the time because we want to live long and strong as long as possible", then using PEDs would be counter to that. Also, it's not about what anyone else does; it's about how we're raising our kids...no judgment regarding what anyone else does (unless it's actually cheating like a football player using PEDs).

I want to see an untested football league at NFL size/status.

Well, 10mg per day (70mg per week) already had my HGB at mid 18's and HCT at 53.2. Isn't that already pushing it?

I'd bet $10,000 that 80% of all pro athletes, at least in MLB and NFL, are on PEDs somewhat regularly....

I think some of the truly great fully natty guys like Ken Griffey Jr are outliers....

None of those things I listed would be, from a doctor. That’s how they get around drug-testing in general. And carnitine is not a WADA-prohibited substance in general.

You saw my bruised up leg when I tore my adductor, and how fast I came back on 2iu gh combined with 250mcg BPC daily. It is an insane synergy, safe, not detectable and Tom Brady is trying to bring home the bacon.

FWIW, you literally cannot get gyno from the compounds in this. They actually would help prevent it! They are primarily androgenic and cannot convert to estrogen, so they will kind of balance out estrogen. Gyno is more about too great a ratio of estrogen to androgen than actual absolute levels of estrogen. So using Ultrahard may dry you out some & harden muscles slightly, and allow you to tolerate more estrogen from a bigger dose of Dermacrine. This would be a bit like using Masteron to tolerate a larger dose of Testosterone.

Note, using these stacked and at bigger doses would increase suppression, so I still think Ultrahard would be best just a few times a week preWO vs used daily, if you are hoping to avoid suppression.
 
So with the weekend a little while outta whack I attempted some damage control this morning, pounded extra carbs in any form I could find, mixed two scoops of sugar into my pre workout, and first time with ultra hard I used three pumps instead of recommended four.

I have a sore spot where my right peck hits the bottom of my clavicle about two inches to the right of my neck and I'm trying to figure how how to get some healing there.

Everything felt super heavy so I just tried to find a sweet spot I could exploit. Minimize the downswings, maximize the up!

Ironically I find holding weight over 190 to require actual work. With everything going on yesterday I didn't actually eat till 7pm so this week I'll work on that.

I don't think you would see much of a difference. They are pretty much all already on the juice, even the kickers.

Sorry to hear about the loss of your pet. They are family members in every sense of the word.

If that soreness in the pec sticks around you might look at some BPC157, and or TB500. I am about to start the BPC-157 protocol for my biceps / brachialis.

I opted to take a rest day today. All muscles from around lower rib cage to skull are tight. I apply the TDs around the traps as usually recommended. Here's a long shot question, any possibility that's related?

Ultra Hard recommends like 4 pumps and I want to wean on.. it was suggested by Hyde to use it preWO. I wasn't really ready to stack so I took just one pump this morning instead of dermacrine with the intention of 2-3 more pre workout today.

But at the office I was super brain foggy, and I couldn't turn my head even down to look at my own chest. Also felt sorta high.

Yesterday was first day trying ultra hard and I felt crazy high at the gym.

Next session, tomorrow morning, I'll hit no TDs in the morning except maybe a little sustain Alpha, then about one to two hrs pre workout (squats) I'll hit the ultra hard with again only 2-3 pumps to see how I respond.

Unless someone here suggests something different before then.


If I get high and brain foggy again I'm gonna have some questions.

I'm not the type that could ever get opioid addicted, after all my surgeries etc I've thrown away half of every Vicodin, Percocet, demoral, etc I've ever been prescribed cause while I do like to drink I've never liked how I feel on those things.
 
My appetite has been through the roof generally speaking since introducing TDs and I think that's played a nice role usually in the gym but I may need to balance nutrition again back to something that resembles almost cutting since my reverse dieting has gone full blown into a bulk. I've been 80/20 and have really enjoyed the occasional Philly cheese, spaghetti, or even pizza but these are not daily things and are typically post big lift days.

I have never heard of anyone getting high off of any of these things. Higher energy yes but I would be very curious what interaction would be making you feel high as in drugged.

Other than that, I would recommend running at correct dose and also running the Dermacrine with it at recommended dose. These things are pretty weak so less than suggested dose is probably damn near wasting them.

On the diet, I can often go for a couple weeks after relaxing a little like you have without too much issue but then all the sudden out of nowhere it hits me and tends to hit pretty hard. Like wow, how did we get here so fast. Everything was going great, I was more vascular and looking huge last week now I am getting soft and I ain't happy about it.

Maybe? I'll throw more on today around 9am to prep for a 11am session and see what happens. Sunday morning when I used it my energy level was high at the gym, but my head was spacy. To be fair I wasn't optimally prepared and I might have been dealing with a little bit of a emotional hangover tending to my wife all day Saturday, digging a human sized grave for the GSD, and simply not eating enough so we'll see what today looks like. Been well fed on top of nutrition and last night I had a great sleep so things are pretty much primed.

Daylight savings seems to be a little rougher each year, I do notice that I'm a little more tired in the morning but the evening day light is the silver lining. first day into daylight savings and my immediate thought last night was wow... there's time for 9 holes of golf after work now! lol

BTW 30 minutes since applying Ultra Hard and I definitely feel spacy again already. Not tired but my limbs and everything feel just weird in a way that I don't feel like I need a pre-workout stim when I head to the gym in an hour. I may just have my banana, skip pre-workout and see how it goes.

Maybe I only need this stuff like a half hour pre-workout. in which case I could throw it on in the bathroom at the office when I change into gym clothes lol

I remember reading an account of a guy back on the M&M forums...he was applying Lipoderm-Y in the bathroom stall, it's yellowish, and it squirted onto a guy's shoe who was taking a dump in the next stall...he said he grunted and pulled up furiously 😆
