let myself drink on evenings over the weekend. nutrition stayed pretty tight except date night. monday morning weight was 178.8 which is about 2+lbs lower than last weeks monday morning weight. This is my first full week on a fat burner, carnitine, and cla. I've also decided to drop the creatine until august 7th and see what happens.
