I took my final 6 E-bol today pre workout along with 3 scoops of flashover and a serving of modern BCAA, then sipped on 30g EAAs intra workout. My mind muscle connection was awesome. I was warming up on bench and got to 185 with my knees in the air and was doing good, but then decided i wasnt in the mood to max out on bench so i did a DC chest/tri/shoulder workout. Was pumped to the fking max and im pretty happy about my numbers.

Way too quick starting today im running fadogia-500 now to kind of pick up where e-bol left off and im also using the HEAT stack from genomyx to help along with my cut. Im very determined to hit 8% bodyfat. around 13% now. i have some clen here too that im probably going to run after im out of the heat. just got my ostarine today as well as went to pick up my nutraplanet order. its like christmas =] im debating if i should run ostarine during my cut or if i should use it when i lean bulk back up after the 6 weeks. my total cals for today are coming from:
