Tnub Runs Epistane With A Boladrol Pulse

So kinda threw my schedule off a little bit and did bench today. All my friends were at the gym and i had nothing better to do. Did shoulder presses and felt pretty dang strong considering i was able to put up a solid amount after benching. Also did triceps. As far as strength... wasnt as strong as i thought i would be but endurance was good. i felt like i couldve stayed there all day. pump was less pronounced today BUT i only got a 2 hour gap between the bola and lifting. yesterday was 4 hrs and went much better so from now on im giving it more time to kick in
 
Ahh great workout today. After my workout my biceps were too pumped to use one hand to drink my protein... i had to hold it with both hands, thats sad. My biceps were also pumped to sh1t just from doing rows. It was great. My shoulders are still trembling. It sucks trying to hold my phone or even picking up stuff. Further proof i had a great workout =D

Underhand Pulldowns:
120x5
150x5

V grip Pulldowns:

Plate loaded rows:
230lbs 10 sets of 10 reps

Doggcrap Style EZ bar Curls (25 sec rest btwn sets):
60x25,15,15 (shoulda gone heavier)

DB Hammer Curls:
35's x 9
20's x some big number

Then i picked up a pair of 45 pound plates, one in each hand and shrugged them for 30 seconds (got 40 reps each times till i was burned out) then a static hold for 60 seconds. Two sets of that and i was destroyed. I never work traps but thats just something i used to do with my buddy for fun just as a little competition for who can go the lonest. The goal is 60 seconds of shrugs ten 60 seconds of pause. The result is intense burning and a crazy pump lol. But usually there isnt any soreness.

Also for anyone running boladrol or planning on it. I was dosing 4 hours pre workout most of the time and it worked well, tuesday i did 2 hours pre workout and i didnt rly feel it, took it 5 hours pre workout today and i feel like that was perfect.
 
Damn 5 hours! That kinda sucks for morning lifters.. Well I guess if the results are good one can always set an alarm clock with a bottle on the nightstand
 
Do you think it really matters? What is the half life? I would guess blood levels would reach a steady state and be fairly constant...

Lol yea but it works out well for me, take it first thing in the morning, go to a few classes and then pump some iron =D Also gives me enough time to build up some carbs and aminos in my system for the day.

Yes, it needs to properly convert to the target hormone as it is just a precursor. If you dont have enough time for it to convert then you wont have enough active hormones in your blood and it will peak after your done working out. While this would still yield much benefit, im looking mainly for very intense workouts. Not sure if the half life has been established but if i were to guess id say like 8 hours but keep in mind there are many factors that can effect half life. Im hoping the inclusion of grapefruit juice will help in some part to increase both the blood levels and increase half life via inhibiting the liver enzymes that work to break it down each pass through the liver. As far as a constant blood level, im pulsing it so im not taking it every day. In addition to that im taking my total dose at one point pre workout. My goal is to have the absolute highest level possible intra workout. Epistane will help fill the gap while the boladrol isnt being taken or my blood concentrations are getting lower. I can tell you the effects of boladrol blow epi out of the water so i rly think this is the best possible cycle as far as gains and workout intensity.

Great to see you reacting so well to the Bola. Mine should be coming any day now, and while I was thinking of running an EPI/PSTANZ cut and saving the bola for the summer, I might do the opposite and run a bulk.

Just thinking about it has me ready to order some torem for PCT...then it's official...

just phat pumps haha. im actually super surprised that i have zero sized so far *knock on wood*. i have no acne and my blood pressure is completely under control from the celery seed in the cycle support. the first week i was checking my BP every morning cuz on my last cycle with hdrol and epi (was a long time ago and i was too young) my blood pressure got so high so fast that i had to drop the hdrol. so bola doesnt seem to be bad on sides at all for me. no lethargy (yet lol). i dont know how the hell im not even breaking out! no joint pain yet and i think pulsing bola throws just enough estrogen into my system to offset what epistane is inhibiting but its a little early to tell regardless. i think im going to to start throwing in 50mg 6-bromo with each of my bola doses just because i do get a little gyno paranoid but im going back to 3 workouts a week next week so (today will be my 4th workout this week) so thats a little less bola in my system. today is also "day 7" on the bola and i hear it rly kicks in on day 10 so excited to see how much more i notice the next few weeks as far as effect. some people said it takes a bit to kick in but then its like a pound a day gains... speaking of let me go weigh myself

Rope Pushdowns:
70lb x 30 reps

Good workout. Never gone that heavy on standing military, but ive done it seated for more reps... just been a while. Bench is weak, but my chest responds best to high volume anyway. Also, never tried doing dumbell flies in my life so today was the first. The reps were slow and deep but i was so tired from the rest of my workout that i was shaking.

Just got my bola in the mail today...really thinking about running it before my epi/pstanz cycle now. I'm torn man, but from reading your log (as well as ryans, mattherbys, etc) I'm feeling like a bulk is what I need.

id say use it if you need it but u might not. i havnt seen anything to warrant its use, but im extremely gyno sensitive so for me its a good insurance policy. most people have said its a fairly dry. boladrol would definitely favor a bulk, id say its my favorite compound ive tried so far. sides seem to be very minimal at this point and my workouts are amazing.


Edit to add: im still kinda pumped from my workout that ended 9 hours ago... success =D

Only question is should I wait a few more months due to the fact Im just getting back into this again or go for it, I am a balls to the walls type of dude. I do have my training and eating down pat.

Id wait a little bit till your back where you want to be and then run something. You should regain your old strength very quickly! lol, sometimes patience pays off
 
Not much to report today, day 13, but i did a quick front squat workout and it went pretty well considering i got all the way to the gym only to realize that i forgot my work shoes and it was a 40 min drive back home and to my job... so my gym session was literally 15 minutes. Couple of quick warmup sets with some light shrugs between sets then a max set of 10
 
Tomorrow will be the beginning of week 3 and im going to up the dose of epi to 50mg so that i will have no pills left over from my cycle, but more gains =D
 
Day 15, bumping epi up to 50mg total for the remainder of the cycle, bola is still at 6mg 5 hours pre workout. This shyte is fawking awesome. My pump today was incredible. Took my shirt off in the locker room and i sh1t u not, i caught a ton of people staring at me. My traps looked so tall and my skin was so fcking tight. I was tired as balls before my workout so i popped 2 caps of x-force. I wasnt expecting much of a boost, just something small like what 2 scoops of jack3d did for me but damn i was so amped, very impressed with this stuff.

Underhand pulldown: (+10lbs from last week)
2 sets of 250x4 (almost got the 5th rep the first set)

Plate Loaded Row Machine: (+20lbs)
10 sets of 10 with 250lbs

DC Style EZ bar curl with 70lbs (+10lbs)
*didnt even keep count but it was over 20 reps the first set and 10lbs heavier than last week

45 pound plate shrugs for 45 seconds, static hold for 60 seconds... 1 set

Pumped as fawk and it lasted a good bit after as i walked to class in my wife beater. This girl asked to feel my arms haha
 
been a very long time since ive done real cardio. got on the arc trainer at the gym, kind of like an elliptical and busted out 20 min of literally everything i could give it... was intense and the sweat from my forehead was burning my eyes. been forever since ive sweat that hard. did a few sets of leg stuff before that and abs/lower back after that. good day today.

p.s. as far as side effects go... i was with my gf at school and she has some thick DD boobs. i had never wanted to just destroy her so badly. my libido was uncontrollable. got home, busted one out and she came over 2 hours later... still uncontrollable lol. she was pretty mad as shes currently out of commission.

Nope, that was it. Im pretty stocked up on aminos and protein.

oh yea, forgot to mention i also did 3 sets of 10 reps on 30lb dumbell incline flies and DC style chest stretches.

Yeah it taste like death lol didn't notice much but today was chest day and I don't get that much of a pump in my chestticals for some reason. My bi's got pretty pumped during cable flys tho. I tried some more hemavol the other day after being off for a fee weeks and that stuff truly Is amazing when stacked with CN

my face is starting to break out, which i dont like, but i was expecting it to happen earlier.

today im going to do some sled drags. debating throwing in some front squats today or doing them tomorrow. who knows, i need a nap before i can think clearly.

I have no real recommendations because I don't know much about anabolics but i like the sound of heavy iron and high cals, lol

So my gf is prescribed xanax and i took one this morning when i woke up just to see what it was all about... this basically turned into me falling asleep for the next 5 hours, waking up and going straight to the gym. i was so out of it and ready to go back to bed. i think what did it was taking it with the grapefruit juice because i took it with my morning dose of epi/bola. my pumps in the gym were crap because i was so out of it and i didnt eat before i went. BUT i still hit some PR's =D

10 sets of 10 with 270lbs (+20lbs)

Some biceps

45 pound plate shrugs for 60 seconds and 60 second static hold (15 seconds longer of shrugs than last workout)

Came home and ate a pound of deer meat on two big ass tacos. Then walked outside, added some weight to my sled and busted out 3 runs. OMFG leg exploding pumps. After my last set, my quads were too pumped to walk. I literally fell right over. I was also cramping super hard from so much food and not letting it digest... at all.

Weight this morning was a light 184, i was really expecting higher even tho my cals have been low. But anyway, nobodys really got any insight to what i should do so im thinking 40mg epi/6mg bola per day till the end. This means im going to eat everything in sight and also probably switch to something like chest/back/legs/chest/back/legs/off for a 7 day cycle... basically lifting every day and taking full advantage of what the bola has to offer ;)

Today was also the day my buddy started his boladrol run. So its going to help a lot with motivation. This guys a solid 240 and a lot stronger than me, so it helps having someone to push me.

I do many thing.. mainly I am an ER tech but I also have a EMT cert and float around the building doing other jobs.

As for you cycle it really depends on the PH and your goals. The point of a pulse is that while you wont gain as much but you will retain more, at least thats what I have read from Dr. Ds postings. Whne you go all out bulk with a straight cycle you gain ALOT and fast but after the cycle is doing people tend to have a hard time holding onto that weight. With a pulse you gain less compared to a straight cycle but soupposedly you retain more afterwards as compared to a straight cycle.

It is really gonna be dependent on your steroid and how your body reacts to it along with how your diet is.

I would say since you started with the pulse game plan finish it up like that so you can make a statement on the effictiveness of that method for you and next time you cycle try a different approach. this way you can compare and know what is best for you. If yo mix it up halfway through you really wont be able to accurately guage how it was because variables changed halfway through

Just my opnion though.. Im sure there are more qualified and experience members can offer more insight

Did a chest/tri workout today. Dont remember the specifics but my pumps the last 2 days havnt been as good. I dont know why :-/ I think what ill just do so my liver doesnt explode is just run the bola by itself. Something like 6/6/8

today was a back day again. big lifts were pulldown 255x4 and 10x10 plate loaded rows with 290lbs (20lbs over last week). also did biceps. mixed two servings of bulk creatine nitrate into my gatorade/bcaa blend. i almost couldnt force myself out of the gym. i easily did 30 sets for back between pulldowns/row/pullovers/cable row... i just wanted to explode. also took 4 RPM pre workout so i was in the zone. plate loaded row weight is going up fast, which may be in part because i just started doing 10x10 for them. it was strange that my strength throughout my workout didnt seem to dip hardly at all. i ate 40g carbs pre workout, plus 60g carbs intra workout and i got done and i was shaking like a crackhead like when u know u have no glycogen. also been noticing that maybe too much water is a bad idea. if i move too quick, especially my pecs, the muscle catches and makes a rly short cramp type feeling. like they get rly tight and resist motion, then i feel them extend and i can move. its the weirdest sh1t ever. also my forearms/biceps have been cramping a lot. probably need more sodium. since i went way too hard today and i dont want to end up like the guy who made the blueprint and went to the hospital from too much muscle breakdown in the gym in too short a time... im going back wednesday. also this tiny asian guy in the gym keeps telling me that too much lifting is bad for my kidneys lol. i dont even talk to him, he just comes up to me and talks. today he also told me "your getting big. people afraid of you now" LMFAO. hes such a goofy
man.

p.s. my back pump today was orgasmic. its like my back grew two inches thicker and my traps were so pronounced ahhhhh
