None of us are truly satisfied with our physique/goals. If you felt you didn't need to be bigger/leaner/stronger you'd stop pushing yourself. Like you said it's a "sickness" and we're all glad we have it!! Keep pushing then push some more!!! And just remember you didn't come this far to only come this far!!

Friday will mark the end of 30 days of halo (2 pills a day) for me. Interested to compare with you and the others thoughts and effects.

I dont think Im going to have to worry about it anyway. Chief keeps piling stuff on us, now he has my Captain in the office doing his Annual evaluation, we have EMT training tonight in 2 hours. So it aint looking good for the home team for the day. Not a very pleasant guy right now
 
Ok boys! No go with what I Wanted to do today, and Im not happy about it. Just to swamped at work and we never had the time to get to the gym, so I made do with what I have here, which is NADA. I did some slow paced jogging around the station, for just under a mile, but the station is on top of a hill, so half of each lap is up. Total of 50 Burpees and 10 flights of stairs with an airpack on. Thats it, but I can say I didnt sit on my arse!
Food... Ive checked with my boy lifted67 about a meal plan Inran across and decided to try and run it for a month...we'll see. But its the steak and eggs diet. 3/4-1.5lbs of steak and 4-6 eggs, twice a day. Im averaging 1400 or so calories, zero carbs and 200 protein. Im putting a couple of pics on, side profiles, because I think I can see the difference, even though it's vague. Still dropping my 2 Halodrol, and when Im lifting, I can tell, im definitely a bit more intense. Workout post coming tomorrow! Invalid Link RemovedInvalid Link Removed

Thanks man. I see the waist going down, but I just dont see the muscles growing much,if at all. Im not quitting, I just dont see much "growth".

You know how it goes. We don't notice much growth day to day but just wake up one day and holy **** its more muscle lol.

So a few updates. I blew my chest day up this morning, same routine as last time,added a few lbs here and there. Not much, which is where I am going next. My body is so confused right now!! I havent had carbs in 4 days.. NONE. I could tell it today when lifting. This is the weird part, my mind kept telling me to push more and more, my body was screaming the same thing, but I was reaching failure sooner than normal. But, somehow I I could still muster the gumption to push through, which caused an intense sweat and what I believe to be one of my better cheat days in a while. 2 more days and I can eat whatever I want, for that day only. Im assuming the combination of the Halodrol and everyones comments, that I just felt like a .... Well, a Titan!! Yeah your gonna lag a little while your body adjusts to no carbs. But your looking solid.
