Ok boys! No go with what I Wanted to do today, and Im not happy about it. Just to swamped at work and we never had the time to get to the gym, so I made do with what I have here, which is NADA. I did some slow paced jogging around the station, for just under a mile, but the station is on top of a hill, so half of each lap is up. Total of 50 Burpees and 10 flights of stairs with an airpack on. Thats it, but I can say I didnt sit on my arse!

lifted67 about a meal plan Inran across and decided to try and run it for a month...we'll see. But its the steak and eggs diet. 3/4-1.5lbs of steak and 4-6 eggs, twice a day. Im averaging 1400 or so calories, zero carbs and 200 protein. Im putting a couple of pics on, side profiles, because I think I can see the difference, even though it's vague. Still dropping my 2 Halodrol, and when Im lifting, I can tell, im definitely a bit more intense. Workout post coming tomorrow!
