Titans Wrath w/Gaspari Halodrol

Wow, just wow. I completely demolished my arms today. I yet again did a lifted67 special, and because I still have to eat and shower before I get into bed, Im not going to post the entire workout. But I do have a couple of pictures. I dosed my Halodrol with peanut butter asI have been and with 1.5 scoops of the 1MR. Off I went. Ill attach a couple of screen shots of the workout, and you can guess whatever weight you want, Im to tired to argue. And maybe its me, but Im starting to show a little peak, and my forearms are starting to look a bit thick.

Dude that tri is getting chiseled and you can definitley see separation and a peak forming on that bicep. Freaking killing it bro

Thanks brudda!! I ended up having 9oz of grilled chicken on a 100 calorie, 15 carb multi grain wrap with flax. Added sriracha and BOOM!! Good stuff. Now to shower and bed before getting on the ambulance tonight.
 
Stupid question for you gentlemen. I just got in the scale and Im up 2lbs from a few days ago. I feel like Im eating clean, or at least cleanER than I was in the beginning, and the 2 slices of pizza the other day were my only real fault. What gives? I know muscle doesn't build that quick. Any ideas? And I apologize ahead of time of I Dont respond, Im getting in the bed in just a few minutes
 
My body seems to be on a 48hour delay on reactions from food, the weight gain may be increased water retention from the pizza carbs or stress or anything else. Try to go by the weekly averages of your weigh ins rather than the day to day.

Sounds legit to me. A little nerve-racking when you get on the scale and see an increase when it's not supposed to be. Thanks
 
I rarely use the scale, I like getting body fat readings, this morning my Skulpt said I was around 10.5 but I have a bod pod date on the 12th to really get an accurate reading. So hopefully 10%<

As it stands though my Bulk/cycle is probably getting pushed back a week or 2 so I can get my hands on the latest versions of Sparta Mass and Sparta Cerb (already got my BPS stuff locked in place for the most part).

Depending on that reading though if my numbers are at 8% (optimal) I will start a very conservative bulk at 2800cals with C&P Legendary and Androcrine thrown in for good measure until my PHs are ready

Also, what you are looking at in the mirror. Most important thing of all. What does the mirror say. Right now when I see your progress pics I can see the hard work. You are visibly changing

Agree with water retention. Pizza is very high in sodium as it is, the water would raise your weight a little bit. Nothing to worry about brother. Pics looking good

Yeah mirror is very important, I just like good hard numbers to measure progress. 8%-15% bulking ranges. Increases in LBM during cycles/bulks. Losses in LBM during cuts (very important for finding the best macro/calorie deficit ranges.

Im at work, its 0100 in the am and Im awake so why not add a few things. My chest is still sore as h3ll from yesterday, and my arms are feeling good! I am noticing more aggression in the gym, but not an intolerable amount, just enough to really assist in my concentration and focus. Im going to give the Halodrol another week to week and a half, and Im going to start working for some new PRs. Looking forward to it!!

No workout today guys, had a hard shift last night and needed to catch up on some sleep. That didnt go over to well either. Got home, took my son to school and knocked out some cardio. Did a short 2 mile run on a trail, and a deck of cards routine that takes me all of about 20 minutes, then finally got some sleep. Will be chilling with the family tonight! Tomorrow.... We gonna add some meat to these here shoulders!!

Bro I just got home from myrtle beach and I gotta say between the Carolinas they are the worst drivers lol maybe it was just my luck idk lol
