Also..I have NO idea on how to do a back pose....but here's a shot of the back...be honest.I see the waist line is getting narrow but Im wanting my back to thicken up and to be honest, I really dont know how "thick" my back would be considered Invalid Link Removed

Lookin good brother! it is hard to pose back shots while you have to hold a camera. Have one of you buds do it.

I could be way off base here FireTitan, but I'd say go for the steak. I know some will say "calories are calories", but I don't necessarily agree with that. And it's one meal. Enjoy it my friend. Use those extra calories for gainzzz

I just looked and Original Glazed Krispy Kreme doughnuts have 3 grams of protein per doughnut.
 
Only whites. But Ive been keeping my calories at around 1600 a day during this cut. Wasnt sure how 2000 would do even if it was mostly protein. My carbs would still only be around 35 for the day
One day of slightly increased cals especially protein will most likely be a benefit rather than a negative!

This afternoon I busted out some cardio. I walked 1/4 lap(treadmill) at 3.5 MPH followed by 1 lap @7MPH for 30 minutes. Heres the bicep lifts followed by a post cardio picture. By the way, back down to 210 this morning despite eating that entire steak over the course of 3 hours plus 6 eggs.

Ok peeps. Gotta keep this one short. What. A. Day. Came in to work after a scoop of Radiate...8oz greek yogurt, a scoop of whey and PB2 along with my first dose of MassMax. We went to do some training in the tower and burned stuff for about 3 hours. Weve had a car fire AND a structure fire today and from what the college looks like...its gonna be a busy night. BUT...despite all that I still got inna decent shoulder traps workout in. Not posting it because Im tired and being lazy. But with that said..Im impressed thus far with the MassMax. To do everything Ive done today...and was still able to lift, not to mention the fact I was able to DB shoulder presses with 85s, and was feeling like I may have been able to go up. My standing BB press was easier today as I ended up doing a set of 8 with 185, and that was my third set. And the 405 shrugs felt more like 315. Along with my strength increasing, I do believe my waist line is leaning out more. Took a couple of noodz for you guysInvalid Link RemovedInvalid Link Removed
 
Terrific log and progress. Very informative. Im almost finish with a cut. Just about to hit 10% bf. I Lossed quite a bit of mass but im love with the definition. Was looking for a supplement to pack back on some mass without losing most of the definition. Massmax sounds more and more intriguing since you are using it on a cut. Read the whole thread, excuse me if i missed it but are you stacking it with anything else?

Thanks for joining...im only using Radiate, which is a Thermogenic, but I also use it as a Pwo.
 
Titan, take it from someone who hasn't seen pics of you in a while your physique has really improved over the last 3-6 months!!!!
