I could be way off base here FireTitan, but I'd say go for the steak. I know some will say "calories are calories", but I don't necessarily agree with that. And it's one meal. Enjoy it my friend. Use those extra calories for gainzzz

One day of slightly increased cals especially protein will most likely be a benefit rather than a negative!Only whites. But Ive been keeping my calories at around 1600 a day during this cut. Wasnt sure how 2000 would do even if it was mostly protein. My carbs would still only be around 35 for the day

Felt great this morning but was short on time so I drank Radiate as soon as I got off and headed in to do biceps. First dose of MassMax when I got home with greek Progurt at about 53g of protein. This afternoon I busted out some cardio. I walked 1/4 lap(treadmill) at 3.5 MPH followed by 1 lap @7MPH for 30 minutes. Heres the bicep lifts followed by a post cardio picture. By the way, back down to 210 this morning despite eating that entire steak over the course of 3 hours plus 6 eggs.

Terrific log and progress. Very informative. Im almost finish with a cut. Just about to hit 10% bf. I Lossed quite a bit of mass but im love with the definition. Was looking for a supplement to pack back on some mass without losing most of the definition. Massmax sounds more and more intriguing since you are using it on a cut. Read the whole thread, excuse me if i missed it but are you stacking it with anything else?
