tingling on beta alanine

Just started taking BA a week or two ago and I get this insane tingling feeling all over my body about 15 mins after I take it. i googled it and found out that it's pretty common, just wondering who else this happens too.

BTW it was the nutraplanet bulk BA---GO NP!!

Happens to pretty much everyone who takes BA. Sometimes I like the feeling, sometimes I don't.

yeah, same here, tingles all over. Took a lg dose once and NEVER again...left me doubled over, use in moderation

beta alanine may cause a short-lived prickling sensation called parathesia. This is largely dependent on the size of the dose and is the result of beta alanine molecules attaching to nerve receptors, activating them and causing them to “fire.”

i love the tingles and I feel pumped after taking a dose. awesome pre workout.
