Did you notice that your inner pecs are thicker in your new pics even with the arms up compared to down. That really says something about the gains you have made.
Don't really have anything to say anyone else hasn't already, other than you're looking strong, made awesome progress over this last year, & doing great with your current training.

I have a question for you bro, what was your action plan for the skin on your mid section?
I am looking at a similar issue once I get my BF down more. Obviously I have to get my diet dialed in better, but I am in no rush and I am not looking to compete.
Appreciate any insight. Sucks to make such dramatic changes and I still know that I will be self conscious about what is left.

Lol. No really I wasn't 100% sure. I thought about surgery, topical creams, peptides. I joked around about self surgery even lol. I really wasn't sure what to do. I know it crossed my mind a couple times though that if the skin didn't tighten up any I would seriously consider not competing.
But it looks like I won't have to make any of those decisions. The body is crazy and ESPECIALLY when I wake up in the mornings the skin is tightening up day by day dramatically even.

Consider some cissus. I used nutraplanet's bulk @ about 3g/day when the joints bug me hard (always cruise 1500mg Glucosamine & 1200mg of Chondroiton). I just keep the nasty powder in my cabinet & if things start flaring up the cissus will start working on the 2nd day for me. The gluco/chon combo works fine most of the time, but cissus gives that immediate anti-inflammatory effect if my estro is low or my lifting has gotten particularly demanding.
I did notice that when I paused at the bottom my knees didn't buckle on me as much.

huh, interestingDr said the fish oil could be lubricating up my gi tract. He said this wasn't a for sure cause but wouldn't hurt to try and exclude it. Haven't had and issues lately but I don't really want to tempt fate ya know? Lol

Hopefully next leg session I can up the weight back to normal.
