Time to MonteGROW like a Finaflex Freak!

I used to usie an open grip on bench but when I saw the accidents I stopped, it's true that I never felt any danger but some of the accidents were competitive power lifters who'd looked pretty established. I just thought why risk it. Seemed kind of dumb to me at the time to risk myself to get a few extra lbs on my lift. This was only for banch I use open grip where I see no risk. You say you can do it without risk I believe you and I am pretty sure I could to but I don't see any additional benefit that warrants any risk no matter how small. I did have to get used to full grip though which took a bit of time.
 
Tricep day. Did four sets of dumbbell hammer curls just to get the blood in there. Continuing with my evening strategy.

Upper. I like it but it's spooky unracking the weight with no spotter lol.

This^^^ you almost want to get way under the bar where it's parallel with your chest to unrack it, because from that position you have the best leverage. To hit the targeted area though, you can't be that far under the bar, so when you unrack it, it has to be right over your face. Start with a light weight so you don't drop it on your face...like bar weight.

I won't say that there is no way he is natty. I would assume, which I don't like to do, that he is not natty. If, in fact, he is natty, he is more genetically gifted than anyone I have ever seen. Either are possible, but I would err on the side of gear.

Agreed. I actually suspect that both of those guys did a cycle before shooting that film. They both grew ridiculously in the months before the shooting started

Had a pump day in the gym for back.

Thirty second rest between all sets.

4 sets pull ups
4 sets bent over bb rows
4 sets close grip pull downs

Was pressed for time so that's all i got in. Joints are still feeling good and overall I'm liking what I'm seeing these last few days.

My weight had gotten away from me during this "recomp" and turned into some kind of dirty bulk lol. Didn't really notice until I took a full body shot and saw the fat I had accumulated. Three days at a slight calorie defecit with lower carbs sucked about eight lbs off so I'm sitting at 238 this morning upon waking.

Body tightend up quite a bit so I'm going back to maintenance for a bit with slightly lower carbs to up the metabolism some. Will see how this goes for a week and adjust from there.

What's wrong with men's health? That's where I get all my tips on how to lift like a pu$$y and thank GOD they stopped me from doing squats. Did you know those are bad for your knees?? Anyway if I want to learn anything about how to "tone" my muscles, spot reduce fat, and gain massive amounts of muscle in two days naturally, men's health is where its at.

Now excuse me while I put on my lifting straps and belt to go curl in your squat rack

Haha its kind of a double edge sword though I mean honestly what do you do. If you dont take the interview you'll look like a liar if you take the interview and lie about it your considered a liar or Admit to using illegal substances and get cut from movie roles,sporting events or whatever else you get paid to do. I mean these are people careers/lives we're talking about here. Im sure he knows that most people know he juices anyway lol im guessing lots of GH and tren haha

Lol my son is obsessed with that movie right now. We watch it twice a day most days. And I think its the little pizza delivery boy he says that to...could be wrong though master splinter is a wealth of knowledge in that movie I cant keep it all straight
