Time to MonteGROW like a Finaflex Freak!

Yeah legs didn't get much attention because of the surgeries I've had so they are always on and off with training depending on how my knees hold up. Lately I've made good progress and the knees are mostly pain free so hopefully they keep getting bigger.

I feel you bro, this appendicitis surgery has had me off legs for about 8 weeks. They feel tiny right now.

I know you'll bring them to where YOU want them to be, your hard work is second to none. Keep killin it man!

rest up, when you come back and hit it hard, you may be surprised how you not only regroup but take off for those first few days ;)

Yeah thats the hope. Legs actually felt really good yesterday so I'm not too worried at this point. Another wk and I would hadn't to improvise something lol.

Well I'm stubborn and lifted today. Was going to do a full body light weight session to get the pump feeling back. Was going good until side Delt Raises with only thirty lbs. First three reps were fin. Reps 4-15 awful shooting pains. I'm a jackass so I did two more sets of 15 trying to pinpoint the pain areas. It's moved from front Delt and rotator cuff to between my side and rear Delt around the acromion. Hopefully it's not a tear and is only an inpingment but either way this sucks lol. Guess my legs get extra work!

Sucks about the shoulder I hope it's nothing serious. Either way, like you said let's take advantage of the legs and make those bad boys grow. Hoping for the best outcome and quick recovery monte

Yesterday's workout. I was pain free besides barbell curls. At the peak contraction I had some shooting pain in the rear of my left shoulder but it wasn't enough to quit. Had the sickest pump I've had in recent memory. Kept the weights a tad light and added some reps in to see how things went.

Your arms must have been pissed lol, it's k I like the 12-16 rep range the best myself for most exercises (excluding big 3)
 
Looks like FST-7 type stuff to me... yah a little more volume but the set of 7 is with ligher weight and short rests ... it still fuggin hurts though lol I love that feeling :) I did 7 sets of dumbell pullover after my bacf workout yesterday and man I was almost screaming but got 7 sets of 12.

Yeah I was doing Fst7 before I went heavy for a few weeks. Still not as much volume as normal but it will go up soon.
 
Update time! The shoulders actually feel good today....I've got a suspicion that pull ups are causing the pain so I'm going to leave those out today.

Haven't weighed in a while so I stepped on the scale and it said 237.2 not sure if this is good or bad but I'm thinking good. I have strayed a bit on diet the last week and a half since taking time off but it hasn't been anything too bad.

I'm a bit soft of course since I haven't been lifting but I still "feel" good and abs are still slightly visible with little training.

Also had bloods done today to see how my testosterone levels, T3, T4 and T7 levels checked out since starting TRT and thyroid medication a few months back (thyroid and test were low). I can honestly say that since starting these two protocols I have had amazing energy and attitude that I haven't experienced since my late teens. Dr. Apt later this week to have my shoulders checked out and hopefully it's nothing serious.
 
Ahhh almost forgot. I've been off Entocourt for about three weeks now, and hopefully I'm not jynxing myself, but so far no GI issues. :djparty:
 
Back. Lighter weights more reps. Conditioning is shot right now so I backed the weight off from where I ended last fst7 rotation and focused on negatives more. Overall a good session. After I get this first week out of the way and if all is good with the shoulder weights will go back up next week.

Thank you buddy. I did notice my endurance was down from the time off plus the lower volume and longer rests I have been doing but still satisfied with my first day back to higher volume. Grow time!
