i was wrong, i clarified that i thought. I had a misundertanding early on as to what was being asked.

Dienolone does not convert to trenbolone. I admit that i had said that and thats my fault for not staying up with the most recent fads in the ph world. last ph i was familiar with was trenavar (original) that was trendione, which converted to trenbolone. aparently there was another compound called trenazone (dienalone) that was marketed as a trenbolone clone or to be very similar to trenbolone. after trendione was banned, trenavar went through several reformulations that went through multiple conversion processes to make it compliant. I somehow pulled the thought that dienolone was one of those compounds...it might have been called something similar to that, it might not have been, either way i was wrong and i figured it out, and admitted it. its cool. its been dropped...now lets keep watching monte grow

Well I took today off. I've had the same shift at work for the last year and a half but it's changed up now. I'll mainly be working second shift from now on so it won't affect my lifting much but will effect my sleep schedule. Hopefully it's a quick adaptation and won't bother me too much. Anyways I had to work a graveyard shift last night so I slept until about four PM today. To top it all off my wife started work again today for the first time in three years so I made dinner and got some house work done before she got home to help out a bit. Some changes going on but it's not gonna stop my big goal. Tomorrow is leg day. Can't wait to make these quads and glutes sore!

Yeah. It's good my wife is back working again. Gives us a lot of extra spending money seeing as how my wages alone pay all the bills and let's us have s pretty comfortable life already.

Lol. Well I still have some more size to pick up. I'm around 232 or so right now and my cycle will be kicking in May.....might change my target weight to 250 depending on how things go. Don't want to get too soft though. And I have nfi where I'm gonna go with all this lol....never thought about competing before really.
 
I've never had to stop a workout because of pain before but today I did. Back pumps were so bad I puked during legs. Terrible feeling. Laying on the floor at home right now trying to let the pump go down lol.

I never puke...it's not from a lack of workload either, it's more the fact that even though I'm a bigger guy I'm in pretty good shape. Today was junk lol. Workout coming soon.
