Been taking it for about a week now. 400mg when I wake up to help with back pumps. Seems to be helping along with 7g of taurine pre workout.

I feel really lean and I think the schedule change and extra walking during work is knocking some fat off. Might bump the calories up some more to make up the difference though. Today's workout

I got tingles and flushing within 15mins of taking it. Loved it and had awesome energy but yea the taste left alot to be desired.

Yeah there's the efficiency thing but I really miss the hour long sessions where I treated her body like a fukdoll!
