SlinShot 3x a day
D-Pol before training or upon waking on non training days

G8 .5 scoop 30min pre bed
Agmatine 500mg 2x a day. Post workout and after biggest carb meal.
Matrix 5.0 protein
3200-4000 calories a day.
FST7 training split.

Will be a cycle thrown in around May'ish.
 
Very surprised lol. I did a bit of stretching it out before I put it on lol. It's long though and I like that since my torso is so long. Will see after its washed.

Oh, an Extra Medium? My wife has turned several of mine that size in the wash

Today's lifts. Went with Enhanced pre workout with MAX PUMP. Good endurance today and I had an amazing pump going that felt awesome. Strength is still going up some. Slowly adding weight on a lot of lifts. Weight was up again but Jesus I felt solid as hell. Very happy with the feel and look today. Can still see the striations!

It's one of my weakest parts besides my waist line. My lower and middle chest are rather undeveloped. But incline movements have hekped a ton! Incline dumbbells and incline flys especially.

Incline flys... I will be hitting that soon. I've be staying away from barbell because I seem to get shoulder pains. I get muscle pains working the Db , which is a good soreness.

I really like incline flys but I took them out because my shoulder was acting up. It's been getting better though so they might make a come back soon.

Well the last two days have been very busy. Easter for the kids, work and the wife's birthday is tomorrow (that's right...April fools day....I enjoy her birthday more then she does:) ). Diet hasn't been on point at all. Today I was at my parents house and the food choices were not so good :) didn't totally over do it but it was still bad. To top it off, my phone is junked right now so I haven't been able to log my macros and calories. Should have a new one tomorrow or the next day though. Going to hit back tomorrow and thinking I might try the meadows rows again, but this time I will stretch legs before doing them and I will probably use a belt. How everybody has a good holiday! Back to destruction tomorrow though. Yeah buddy.
