Ive gone 2 days with 70% fat and 30% protien and 30 min cardio on each day but over cal maintnance to get all this fat and try to get adapted to fats instead of carbs and now im going to do a 24hour fast. Is this safe and long enough or unsafe and to long?

it really just depends on the dosage. the pills usually only are a few grams...while xtend for example is like 11 grams per serving.

They list it as 0, but I assure you, BCAAs have calories. They can be used an energy, therefore, they contain calories. This is simple physiology.

BCAA's are broken down parts of protein...In order to derive calories from it, the body must be able to break it down. Since they are already broken down, the body is not deriving calories from it...even if it is they are miniscule amounts

The body breaks down protein into amino acids, the amino acids are then altered and used for energy.. So YES, amino acids contain calories.
