I do have some Xtend and RecoverPro and a bunch of BPI Blox samples to work with. But I have never felt recovery from BCAA like this before.

They killed...thanks was awesome. As you can see my reps dropped pretty fast as the sets moved forward. Thanks man.

Solid workout, excellent pump in my chest and arms. Last time I used MaxPUMP the effects hung around for about 5-6 days so still some great 'pump' workouts to be had. I figure I have about 5 servings of G8 left. I will do my review when in a few days as I would like to see the difference in recovery without my BCAASAA.

That would be it,my sleep was broken.. But only once and briefly at that.. smart a$$ lol. You can be a funny dude Steve.

How do they know we are always dreaming, if we do not remember? Brain activity?
 
Negative accentuated I suppose as I have done it with a 5 second negative and then explosive back up... or is that not quite NA ?

full negatives on squats are almost impossile. You would need 2 spotters, and it would be highly risky business

Morning feeling - Wide awake.

Did a quick 5km run through the park this morning and then off to work.

No weights today.

- I have decided to play with dosing on my last few scoops. At full scoop I am dead to the world, wake groggy but am able to shake it off fairly quick. Dream status was either strong dreaming awareness or nothing. 1/2 scoop good restful sleep (sometimes aware of my dreams sometimes not) and usually awake refreshed.


- There is no water in our building here at work. So we are going for the day! No bathrooms/no sprinklers... good day!
 
Trying to catch up, looking good in here so far though, Simon. Glad you're enjoying the products. I'll be taking my first dose of G8 in about a month and a half tonight. I can't wait.
