Time for Kat to make some GAINZ!!!!!

Thanks you all!!

How long does a workout take? They would have to call the ambulance for me! and you go to work after that= Super Woman!!

Since I was off today, I didn't rush and I added the calves/glutes/cardio...it took about 2 hrs. But usually I'm there for an hour to hour 10 mins on work days.

Awesome workout AGAIN! ....LG no ship to Canada... dayum!

Thank you! Aww really? That sucks!

You got some snow didn't you?

It's steady snowing but ours is mixed with rain so it's not sticking! Some if the towns surrounding us have 1/2" or so! This is totally unheard of here!! It as just mid to upper 80's 2 days ago. Lol
Good thing is I can stay in bed because my whole body is sore!! Lol

4 T heavy cream
1 t baking soda
Splash of water or almond milk if needed

Topping/syrup:
1T cream cheese
Stevia to desired sweetness
1/8 cup almond milk

Oh man so I used Trutein Lemon Meringue for this today... Just FYI if you have casein and egg protein in there also it takes a good 1/2 cup or more of almond milk or water to thin it out enough to get a pancake consistency. However it was yummy!

Yummm!!! That's good to know! My batter was thick so no doubt casein would be even thicker!

Always killing it. I hear you've taken over for the Energizer bunny. Heard he couldn't hang with you...

Lol Turff! You're too funny!

This morning was a conditioning day! My 13 year old, well her friend, wanted to workout with me. They're out of school today so she spent the night with us. Daughter wasn't too stoked about waking up at 4:30 but we made it. Had a good time. As expected, the friend put much more effort in than my daughter though. Lol

I got them to warm up on the treadmill while I set everything up.

Circuit:
1 min jump rope
30 sit ups
30 8 riser jumps
1 min plank
30 mountain climbers
30 secs each side plank
20 jump squats
30 jump n jacks
20 plank knee crosses
20 push ups
25 v-kickouts
**2 rounds**
Finished with 1/4 mile run, 1/4 mile walk
2 sets of chin ups to failure

Glad to see you passing the torch to the next generation! Cardiac hill circuit.

Cardiac hill? More like Cardiac Arrest to me...lol

Done reading. Nap time...

You gotta like that when you are such an inspiration that your daughters friend, wants to workout with you - that is too cool!

Trying! Hope she gets past her laziness! I was panting for sure!! It's always more challenging when you're really sore too!

Lol that's what the girls did! Went straight to bed!

Thank you all! It is a great feeling having her friends asking questions about fitness and nutrition! Halloween night we were having a big discussion about it and a few demonstrations.

I know what you mean. My son (19) went to visit a couple of his friends at the University they go to. Somehow all my working out came up, and they want to workout with me now when they come visit next month.

Nice circuit training Kat, I never really do those but should to help drop this weight.

You really should! They're tough but great! You can start with 10-20 mins and build up!

I wouldn't say they had a "blast"lol They just kept saying "you do this everyday??" Nope that's my easy day! Lol

Happy Wednesday! Let's try this again! I had almost everything written up and the app refreshed and I lost it all! :(
I soaked in Epsom salt last night for about an hour... It seemed to help a bit with the soreness! I am seeing some changes and they're making me happy! I can see the sweep of my quad up my thigh peaking through, some slight striations forming in my upper chest, and some baby delts too! My arms feel full and solid all of the time! I think I may actually like this part of the process more than the cutting part after all! Hahaha

Great that you are seeing the results from all your hard work! I know what to expect when I check in here but you still freaking amaze me with all that you do:)
Awesome work as always Kat!!

My god you are a work horse. Weights are up there along with that volume. Looking at the weights you are doing you should be seeing great results. Get to where the light cast shadows and you will probably be amazed at all the definition you see.

Always kickin a**!!! I can't ever keep up! :'(
