I was going to say something of that nature in there but thought better of it. Maybe the first time in a while I didn't go on impulse because I do like coming here and learning stuff.
But a lesson I learned a long time ago is that if you don't go to parallel then it doesn't count and you look kind of like a dink. Take the weight off, check your form seriously, and then proceed at a weight you can handle. The 3 plates look cool but you look like an idiot half squatting it with HeartLess behind you filming.

And Money, you are always the man to tell it like it is. Respect.
 
Actually, in the first pic... It looks like our friend has a bit of a gyno issue. Last time I checked you don't get gyno from Formestane...

Of course no proof of anything, but it would be very poetic that it turns out saying we are all roid heads is just straight up hypocritical. :lol:

I noticed a similar puffiness. Mine looks a tad like that, but I used to be 265 so I still carry a little fat on my chest. I don't think that should be there at 170lbs.

I wasn't talking about me at 170. I was talking about the other guy on the other thread. I honestly don't think I want to get below the 180s. Believe it or not, a 6 pack is not my ultimate goal. It would be great to have, but I like being a big dude and want to get back to a lean/solid 200lbs as quick as possible.

Eh, keep cutting down bro. That 6 pack will come, it's just a matter of time and effort. Being 200lbs will feel a lot better when you are 10% bf.
 
I believe it's all about LBM and not a number. Just keep doing what you do, diet is a big part of it all though when it comes to bf.
