What counts is that you made it. Sliding in those parks is sometimes like sliding on straight gravel. But you know you are playing to win so F-it. What types of precautions can you take to avoid said road rash on the ass cheeks? I slid once. That was my entire sliding career. I learned next time that when the first base coach says leg out a double I will keep both legs under me and go in stand up. Horrible road rash for like 2 weeks. I'm such a baby!

Usually just wear boxer briefs under my shorts. Gonna definitely go Under Armour next time around!

hows the creatine mono working for you? do you have a simple carb supplement to help it absorb better? I think complex carbs work as well for absorbtion of the creatine, but not as well.

i just got off my creatine mono after being on it for 3 moths and I actually gained a pound!! I thought for sure I was going to lose 4-6 lbs. any idea how this is possable? I have been slacking in the gym lately too.... Maybe my body got desensitized to the creatine and it lost its effect, so when i got off it, no weight loss?....

lol on hdrol just try to eat as much as you can, especially with you routine. eat 5k calories a day if you can. LOL. definately dont skimp on the protein


sounds like your using hdrol for an athletic boost. just do whatever you wanna perform better in. you swim that much on hdrol and you'll probably end up a pretty strong swimmer. if lifting weights is your priority than maybe focus more on that!

it depends if your looking to bulk or to cut? you gotta remember to eat a lot,and you do allthat you gotta eat even more!!!!!!!!!!1


hey natty do you take cratine? i just got off my creatine and i was expecting to lose like 4-5 lbs and i actually gained a pound after a week of being off creatine. isnt this weird? like shouldn't i lose water weight?
 
i have 2 bottles of hdrol, first time user, plan on 50/75/75/75 for a bulk. i have clomid only for pct. is this ok? i will order up some pct assist or DTH and add it in week 3 of pct. is this ok? will it work?



i put on 12 lbs in one month on DTH and im a hardgainer too. just stick to 2 tabs a day for a while. i alsmot lost my job on 4 tabs a day because i had such a short fuse and started blowing up at people!

I know not a good comparison considering we are different weights and builds but after my chest workout i can barely get in 15-18 dips if im lucky with my body weight, and my triceps are pretty dominant!


no need for anti E or pct with dth, its a natty booster and your test levels will slowly go back down to baseline when you discontinue use. it has an ai in it to stop all that test from converting to estrogen so no need for an anti e. if you do take an anti e dose it real low! remember you dont want to eliminate estrogen, estrogen can be anabolic in controlled amounts!

dang your a big boy. i tried DTH and ill tell you that i loved it. you can check out the log in my signiture. on page 1 and page 7 i got pics. DTH gave me 12lbs in one month of pure muscle!!!!! If i ever hit a plateau again i got DTH WITH ME!

a few longs guys got gyno from hdrol and had to stop early

Great workout. Tons of pumps and a ton of pain throughout... Really beat it up.

I was walking home and decided to pick up a Banana Creme Muscle Milk - the premade ones (because they are f*cking delicious)... And I walk into a store to grab one, and they didn't have it, so I turned right around (I had my gym bag on), and this rent-a-cop at the door GRABBED MY ARM!!! I gave him a 'what the f*ck' look, and he asked me to empty my bag - even though the damn alarm at the store didn't go off. I told him that if he ever grabbed me again, he's going through the door, and that if he wants to see whats in my bag - he can call the police. UNBELIEVABLE!!!

An employee came over and told the guard that I was just in the store for a second, and turned straight around - and I told this fool I just wanted one thing the store didn't have... "Ok, you can go" - yeah, no sh*t I can go... You fake ass non-cop.

Yea that one. You would be in heaven if you were here supplement wise. There are so many people that get stuff to "lose" weight only to give up. I've picked up 2 jugs of muscle milk, 2 jugs of syntha 6, 1 jug of no xplode and a tub of 100% casein. All for 20 bux. That is in a time span of 9 months, but damn. LOL.

If you can get the 5 pound Nitro Core for 20 bucks... It's worth it.
 
They quit. Sh*t is madd funny. Or it doesn't taste good. I have a guy here and he just gives me all kinds of stuff for free. I might be able to get the Nitro core cheap, less than 20 bucks. Wanted some feedback though.

I mean, taste wise I love Ex Milk Choc Whey from ON... and Mint Choc Muscle Milk... Doesn't touch either one of those, but its OK.

It would be better if you were using it to blend into shakes with a banana or something... but macro wise - taste aside its really top notch.

Casein is hard to mask. Its some dank stuff IMO.
 
The Casein cookies and cream isn't too bad. You can't chug it because of the chunks, but you can sip it. I've got that Choc milk. Sh*t is good

Ahh, yes. Still have some of that. Its the only one I can handle. Casein has kind of fallen out of my routine - I just don't find it beneficial.

Try grinding up 2 tabs of DTH and putting it in your shake. Make that ish Diesel, SON!

Fo sheeze. I gained about 12 pounds in a month doing this. Just two a day though, or I start fighting people.
