What are 21's?

21s are a Range of Motion curl, where you do 7 reps of the lower half of the curl motion, 7 reps of the upper half of the curl motion, and 7 full reps = 21 movements.
 
Day 19 - Shoulders

Military Hammer
12*100, 12*150, 7*200, 7*200, 4*200, 12*150

Arnolds
9*45, 8*45, 8*45, 8*40

Standing Rows
10*85, 10*85, 9*85, 11*65

DB Shrug
14*105, 12*105, 12*105

Bench Crunches

20 minutes Treadmill

Really good pumps today in the shoulders... Solid workout. Was able to bang out quite a few more reps on 200# Military as well.
 
Also, the small bumps around the nipple area are decreasing in size quite well. I'm going to run the Nolva through the end of the cycle, then start the Torem for PCT. I'm obviously not one of the people that get the nip symptom free or reducing epi runs. :lol: No harm no foul.

I do think this will be my last run however. The cost benefit ratio has skewed to where I will likely not find DS useful anymore, and I'll just go back to beating up myself naturally.

I sometimes get nip sensitivity and start freaking out wondering if I have gyno now and then it goes away. I luckily don't have any lumps, but I can understand not wanting to take the chance anymore. If I looked like you I might be willing to stop as well...nah fuk that noise. J/K

Eh, the little bumps will go away... same thing that happened before... Its more that I'm pretty happy with the size I put on. I have no desire to weigh more than 200 pounds. Money has seen me in person - I don't have a huge frame like some of you guys.

Whats the weight gain as of now?
 
Did you start noticing that when you bumped to 40mg, or has it been coming steadily?...I wasn't packing on anything until I hit 40mg+.

Pretty steady... leveled off a few days ago really.

I've been keeping calories at about 500 over maintenence only, and very clean.

Not bad considering the run will only be a total of 23 or 24 days.
 
What is the Torem dosing going to be TL?

You don't want to overdo your PCT, man. Heck, that's the dose I ran after a 14 week Test Prop/Tren Ace cycle...

90/60/30 should do yuh just fine. No reason to go overboard.

Definitely a fair amount of atrophy... Very hard to kill my sex drive.

I'd wait a couple of weeks. You'll be surprised how that T-911 will dry you out and make you look lots leaner!!

Great workout. Tons of pumps and a ton of pain throughout... Really beat it up.

I was walking home and decided to pick up a Banana Creme Muscle Milk - the premade ones (because they are f*cking delicious)... And I walk into a store to grab one, and they didn't have it, so I turned right around (I had my gym bag on), and this rent-a-cop at the door GRABBED MY ARM!!! I gave him a 'what the f*ck' look, and he asked me to empty my bag - even though the damn alarm at the store didn't go off. I told him that if he ever grabbed me again, he's going through the door, and that if he wants to see whats in my bag - he can call the police. UNBELIEVABLE!!!

An employee came over and told the guard that I was just in the store for a second, and turned straight around - and I told this fool I just wanted one thing the store didn't have... "Ok, you can go" - yeah, no sh*t I can go... You fake ass non-cop.
