TimberLakers' H-Drol Beatdown

Anyway... So today is supposed to be a back day - but my legs are still completely shredded from my Leg day on Friday... Must have been one hell of a workout. :lol:

I may still try to blow out the back, but the deadlifts will be a huge challenge. Perhaps I'd be better off just doing cardio today, or just skip deads...

x3, peer pressure. Seriously, though, I would wait. Depending on how sore you are, deads could cause a middle back strain if you push it. Middle back strains aren't as cumbersome as a low back strain, but it still sucks.

I'm guessing you skipped the workout today? I don't blame you. No need to just go through the motions. You have to fully recover between sessions in order to progress further. :thumbsup:
 
damn dude, after all this time. You finally take a rest day. Good for you. I've been telling Tlake to take a rest day or two for months now. lol.

Just a quick update on my PCT progress... I'm about 4 doses away from being done with Nolva... Reduced my 6oxo dosage to 200 today - 100 for the last week. Still taking LXT 4/ed and polishing off my bottle of DTHC.

Strength is still there in bundles - though I have noticed that my superhuman healing time is back to normal... Thighs were noticably sore after my jump squats last week for 3 or 4 days after...

Yesterday's back workout was nasty... Today's chest workout was nasty. Pushed out a pretty significant PR for Incline Hammerstrength - 4 reps at 240 - and I increased my dips to a 45 pound plate.

Cardio has also been awesome. I can still run 2 8 minute miles and one 6 minute mile - but I'm considerably more tired afterwards and the lungs burn a bit. I think that the shorter M-Drol cycle will be ideal... Less time off the treadmill / jumprope... I'm already getting psyched for my 2 to 3 weeks of destruction (probably December). Found a bunch of great things to eat (new pastas, whole wheat pancakes) - will be fun. I'm already stockpiling carbs - :toofunny:...

As far as my diet goes now, I've eliminated significant carbs after 7:00... WMS has been reduced to about a tablespoon... My chest is getting quite a bit more defined, and my abs are looking more defined as well.

Feel great... Looking forward to the next couple months - will start Size On next week.

December? Hmm... I may have to jump the gun on you bud and start mine in November. What do you think... Mdrol for the first two weeks as a kicker, or during the last two weeks because of shutdown reasons?

Still completely up in the air. I'm still OK for a November run, I just don't think I'm going to run the H-drol with it, and may stretch it to a 2.5 to 3 week M-Drol run. Ziq is suggesting a 10/10/10 approach with a slight possibility of a 20mg dose the third week.

Hey Timbo! I sent MST another sample order yesterday (just to fukk with 'em) and they were quick to reply! Today they e-mailed me and said, "your previous sample order has already shipped. Thank You" lol So maybe soon I'll be getting mine! That dude told me the CRE-02 or whatever, is much better than Ragnarok. He said like 3 X stronger! Have you tried that one yet?

No i haven't, that is the only product they didn't give me a sample of.:aargh: Well it looks like your gonna get yours alot faster than I did! Let me know what you think of that stuff though
