Yeah, I actually never had any desire to rep but CEL's one of the very few companies I'd do it for. Personally I think every company selling hormonal's should provide double 3rd party labs tests on the products since there isn't too many trustworthy companies these days. RPN is another amazing company :thumbsup:

This is my honest answer. And I swear I'm not sucking up to you just to test the E-Stane!! M-DROL hands down is the strongest and most effective OTC AAS that one can presently purchase. And it's also the most cost effective!! It simply can't be beat IMHO!! :thumbsup:

I got my All the Whey today... Cupcake was decent, Choc Mint was pretty freakin good... I'd definitely recommend for the price - 10 pounds for 75 bucks shipped.

Chased all that with a great "cheat meal" but it wasn't really even a cheat meal. 14 ounce Strip, steamed vegetables, wild rice, 2 huge diet cokes, and some of that Outback bread.... mmmmm... Chased that with a small Pinkberry (my mom is from Cali, and she's never had it before). Man, I wish I could eat like that every night... Steak is the sh*t.

LOL. I did the same thing yesterday. I went to the buffet and had 2 steaks, some BBQ ribs, sweet potatoes, green beans, and for dessert....fried apples. Not really a cheat meal. Just good clean food. And red meat is good for you. It increases strength much better than fish or chicken will. More steak please!! :lol:

No, it's all so simple with H-Drol. I've become a fan of Ecdy for PCT this past year. Many people think it's garbage but I beg to differ. While it's not going to pack on mass like AAS, it can add a little and make gains easier to keep since it enhances protein synthesis. I'd stay away from Ecdy from Cyanotis Vaga though - most of the positive studies were with 400mg+ per day of pure extract from Rhaponticum :thumbsup:

lay off the cardio. that'd be about it. beyond cals, make sure your protein stays high and intake frequent. other than that, you should be good to go. personally, I don't think I lost a lb from my halo run...though admittedly, I have good luck w/ keeping my gains. I've never, in all my cycles, lost more than a lb or two.

Just keep at it, broski. You're definitely on the right path. Way to go!

I felt I had good results with ALRI Pro Anabol. It's supposed to be a more bio-available form of Ecdy. I think E-Bol would actually be pretty decent if only it were dosed 2-3x higher. NP used to sell bulk powder too which I've heard good things about, but it's been out of stock for a while :(

Yeah, I've heard good things about the pro-anabol. Is it only ecdy? I thought it was a blend of things, but I didn't even realize it was ecdy.

My experience w/ ALRI products has always been good, so I just assumed this stuff worked.

I took the New Gaspari Halodrol and it has ecdysterone, Arachadonic Acid, and DHEA in it. Gained maybe 2 pounds. Pure Bullsh*t waste of money.

Yeah I bought some of this bullsh*t over a year ago also. Freakin' joke! He (Rich Gaspari) should have never named it "Halodrol" after his old Halodrol-50 was discontinued. The 50 was the real PH, these liqui-gels are a natural joke!! :shoot:

Keep the calories up, but only the good kind. lol No time to start eating junk. Increase good fats for sure. I suggest a mega-dose run of fish oil at 20 grams per day. And put 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil in two separate whey shakes per day. The EVOO alone will be 28 grams of good fats! This will alllow you to hold on to your mass much easier. Trust me on this one T-Lake. :thumbsup: Increase "Good" carbs only. No white potatoes or white rice. In fact Arnold called white potatoes, rice, flour, salt, and sugar "White Death"!! He's right . Stay with sweet potatoes, dirty brown rice, oatmeal, and stuff like that. Asparagus, brocchili, you know the sh*t!! I think you should lower the amount of your cardio routine or alter it a little by doing some H.I.I.T type of cardio. Keep pounding the iron with the fury befitting a Berzerker Of Odin!! :aargh:

I eat Almonds like it's my job - so natural fats are always in my diet. I'm not talking 7 or 8 - I probably down 3 to 4 handfulls every day. Raw and unsalted... love em. Will also add some more olive oil to the mix as per your suggestion - as well as continuing the hummus route (lots of olive oil in that).

And I haven't done cardio really in almost 2 weeks. Kind of miss it, but I suppose I can stay away for a few more weeks. I'm guessing the compound movements are to get the body to generate more free test since the synthetic compound will be leaving the body?

I know you don't eat junk bro. lol I was merely trying to emphasize the importance of the healthy EFA's in your diet. Check out Easy EJL's thread on Mega-dosing Fish Oil. It's full of great information. I'm totally a fish oil junkie now!! And yeah, the basic compound movements (especially Squats) release more Testosterone and HGH than people seem to understand. 20-rep Widowmaker Squats just can't be beat for their anabolic capacity! Try 'em out for a few weeks and see what I mean. Pick a weight that would normally cause you to fail at about the 10th or 12th rep. After hitting failure, rest pause a few seconds between reps until you manage to grind out all 20 reps!!! DO NOT STOP UNTIL YOU'VE COMPLETED THE 20 REPS!! :twisted: Tell me what you think of 'em. I'm glad I resumed them a few weeks back when I adopted a variation of DC training. Widowmakers WORK!!! :aargh: :thumbsup: :squat:
