What's up Vanilla Faces?

I'll spare you the full Leg Rundown - but the highlights:

PR in Squats - 6*225, followed by 5*225 and 10*185

PR in Leg Press - 6*350 (after squat fatigue)...
Good workout there Vanilla Gorilla!! Keep adding weight when you can, even if it's just adding the little 2 and 1/2 pound plates. I like to increase the weights every chance I can. There is a direct correlation to the amount of weight you can lift and the subsequent size of your muscles. This is the concept behind programs such as DC training.
 
It just went down. Stuck with Thunda's advice and dropped a warmup set out of my Military... Resulted in another PR getting smashed in weight and reps... Kaboom. I was debating an off day, but hit it anyway... but the result was one of the most intense shoulder workouts of my entire cycle.

Shoulders

Always glad to be of service to my mortal friends! I really hate to see people waste too much time and energy on excessive warm-up sets. Proper warm-ups are a necessity but I see some folks using too many warm-up sets with too much weight on 'em at that. That eats into your power reserves badly. Hey T-Lake, I don't want to blow your ego up or anything, but I'm assuming you didn't train like a bodybuilder before this cycle. But bro, you're starting to throw around some serious a$$ weights now!!:eek: Fo Real!! You have a great mind-set when it comes to training. You get your self extremely psyched up mentally. I admire that greatly. As I have already done to G-Money, I officially declare you a Berserker Of Odin!! :aargh: You are a warrior indeed!! :duel:

I will be preloading cycle support starting 8/18 and will beging the epistane on 9/1. Kinda pissed because I found it online for $29.50 and I paid $35 for it. :-)

Also, thoughts on stacking with XTREME TREN or is that overkill?

I think since you're trying 2 NEW compounds, you should run them individually to see how your body reacts to them.

I know where you found that deal... I was looking at it myself just yesterday...

Run your first one solo. Epistane has done just fine for me by itself, plus Tren (19-nor I should say) is a funky compound, nobody really knows what the hell it really is... which is weird because I can't understand how they isolated this compound without knowing what the hell it is. It's a progestin, some people react great to it, others it's a nightmare for them.

I have a bottle of tren... not sure when the hell I am gonna use it...

I actually cancelled my order from the original site and ordered the cheaper one.. $10 is $10 and can be used for more supplements. Since the Tren is a different compond does anyone use it directly after PCT alone or just stick with whey and creatine only? Seems Tren has some benefits alone without some of the Estrogen related sides.

Silver is this your 1st cycle or have you ran others? I think Epi & pro-dienolone (tren) would go good together actually. I've seen some great feedback from the Spawn combo. Also I think the 'Tren' compounds aromatize a little more than people think so ran with Epithio would make a nice pairing :thumbsup:

I ran a 3 week cycle of CEL M-Drol around that finished early July. I think since I am a relative newbie I will stick with the one product at a time mentality. It sucks because I want to go ball out and get the most possible out of the cycle.

I mean, if you're ready, and are willing to face the possible consequences, then run two compounds, it's your choice. Just do the research. I didn't know you'd ran super before. What are you looking to gain out of the cycle? Strength, Bulking, Cutting...

I think you're making the right decision bro. Run all of these compounds standalone first to see how they treat you. Some are obviously better than others. You will never know this if you stack compounds that you have never ran alone before. Trust me....do the experimentations. They're a whole lotta fun!! :woohoo: You will enjoy the Epi alone. And then you will enjoy the Tren alone. Then some time in the future...BAM!! Run 'em both at once!! And do NOT run the tren immedately following your PCT. That's too soon. Wait 8 weeks after your PCT to start a new cycle. You have to allow your body to achieve homeostasis (balance) and to produce its own testosterone again. Here's the idea cycling plan: 4 weeks on + 4 weeks PCT = 8 weeks off. Then you could run another cycle. This is the safest way to cycle these designers bro!! Good luck!! :thumbsup:

I would like to gain size while hopefully dropping some body fat in the process. Lean gains are my definate goal. I think I will give epi a good shot since after seeing your gains I think that would be plenty.

Strenght is important, but right I just want to look the part. Strenght is coming along pretty well as I keep pushing myself.

i noticed in your 1st post theres a lot of pct. whould anabolic xtreme PCT, lean xtreme (15days in),mass fx, liver support and hawthorn berries be enough?im running at -

50/75/75/100/100 (runnign with anabolic xtreme cycle support, hawthorn berries, multi, vits)

any advice welcome.

Epi is good stuff... But looking the part comes down to diet more than juice. I know a ton of fat dudes running designers. Timber will rant about fat guys on designers for hours lol.

Hey man. Appreciate your compliments. I'm through 4 full weeks and 3 days. 2 weeks at 75, and the remainder at 150. I'm up to a dry 188 from 174 (both morning weights - post tinkle, pre water)... I'd probably be up more, but I pulled calories back.

As far as your PCT goes, you will definitely find guys on this board who would say you're covered... but on this thread, all of us will recommend a low dose of Nolva for 4 weeks after a 5 or 6 week cycle.
 
G-Money - Yesterday was off day after 5 straight lifts. Have some crazy DOMS in my left shoulder, but back is still on for tonight.

Got my All the Whey in today!!! Whoo hooo!!!

yeah. thanks mate- ive been on 1000mg hawthorn berries for the last 2 weeks. started the h drol today and gona start my journal in a week or two

I don't mind the people that actually ask questions once, and listen... and have thoughtful questions, that aren't already answered in my thread...

I just can't stand the morons that ask questions repeatedly on different threads, and look like they took 4 seconds to type their question, and want me to spend 10 minutes responding.

FYI, I would not use tinkle in an thread. Shouldn't you be blasting a hole through the toilet or putting out a fire. Tinkle and breaking **** don't go together. LMAO

I like to watch people have a kick-ass experience and do a great log like Timber, but when all these newbs & freaks pop up and it starts to become a chat room I lose interest.

Right on again sensei!! He definitely needs some Nolva at 20 mg. per day for the first 2 weeks and then taper it down to 10 mg. per day for 2 more weeks. Take it at night. It would also be wise to include AI's Post Cycle Support for his PCT also. It's a good all-in-one type of product that is also a "natty" SERM. Very good product! :thumbsup:
