Always glad to be of service to my mortal friends! I really hate to see people waste too much time and energy on excessive warm-up sets. Proper warm-ups are a necessity but I see some folks using too many warm-up sets with too much weight on 'em at that. That eats into your power reserves badly. Hey T-Lake, I don't want to blow your ego up or anything, but I'm assuming you didn't train like a bodybuilder before this cycle. But bro, you're starting to throw around some serious a$$ weights now!!
