Man, this is bull*hit... I like having new people on my log, but now I'm answering all the same questions myself. All the guys are now booted, and it *ucking sucks.

No offense to anyone reading this by the way, I just liked the direction my log was going in before the fall out.

yea I agree, it sucks without the homies around. I've been busy as hell at work this weekend, I had 3 all day shoots in 4 days... rarely happens like that to me.

I don't think the guys like me anymore though...

Let's get our sh!t figured out for this fall. We'll run that superdrol... hellz yea. That **** is gonna be gnarly. I don't think we should stack anything with it, but I am tempted too...

What do you think about a Mdrol run bridged into hdrol? 2 weeks of mdrol to kick in the halo? That would be a gnarly 6 weeker...

For those of you still reading this log - I started consuming DHEA today. Going to dose at 100mg for the remainder of my cycle to see it it has an effect on morning lethargy and general mood. My mood has actually been great on cycle, but been pretty exhausted when NOT in the weight room...

I'm still here with you boyz!! G-Money, I don't know what makes you thnk the others don't like you. We just got out of the loop for a few days. I was busy for a couple of days and missed a lot of their posts over there. But I think it's all cool. If you really feel this way though, just talk to 'em. Let 'em know how you feel bro. If we're all as close as we say we are, everything will be cool!! And Timber---that 100 mg. of DHEA will help you bro. Add in 6 grams of Vitamin C (it's cheap) and your lethargy will fade away!! Peace bros!! I'm going to go check on the rest of our homies!! KEEP DESTROYING EVERYTHING!!! :head:

G Money - I think 10 / 10 / 20 would be good for a 3 weeker, or a 20 / 20 2 week burst. I'm not sure H would be a good bridge, since it takes so long to kick in. Unless maybe you ran it concurrently the first 2 weeks. Just don't think its useful since M is going to add so much bulk alone so quickly. I think we should get in get out...

Yea it actually threw me off at 1st. How you dosing the DHEA? same time's as the Halo?

Well I dose Halo at 8AM and 5PM 75mg per dose.

Probably will take 2 caps (100mg) DHEA with my morning dose.

I took it at 5PM today, because I had just purchased it.

Just take Taurine. I didn't get pumps at 50 or 75mg, but it was early in the cycle. I had back pumps twice, and REALLY bad shoulder pumps last shoulder workout... I thought they would be nothing, but man... they are really something else...

Hunger is up a bit. I find myself eating while full though to get down my needed cals, and I adjusted cardio WAY down.

So Taurine is for the pumps huh? i'm a little worried about that b/c i've had surgery on both my shoulders and they already give me hell sometimes at the gym. pain goes down my arm to my hands. F***ing sucks
 
Just mentioned to TG. Feel great today... Definitely doing its thing on the second day of dosing. It will be a cycle staple.

Just remember that DHEA can convert to estrogen as well as test.

I'm not sure if I'm going to ramp above 150... So far I'm 75/75/150.... Maybe go to 200 for the last few days - we shall see...

That stack sounds pretty fu*king sweet actually. Thats what I was getting at, its not really a bridge, but more of a tiered two compound run.

Word son. That's sounds like it should be a good run for me...

Maybe 20mg of mdrol week2. I am probably gonna have to wait and see how the mdrol treats me.

I might honestly like this better than running the Phera... Woo Wee... now I can't wait for October!!!!:head::head::head:

yea, the estro will actually help you keep gains, but it will just soften you up a bit.
 
I know a couple guys who've ran M-Drol H-Drol combo and it seems to have great synergy. I'd just keep the M-Drol dose in the low range :thumbsup:
 
Well, for those of you still subbing this log after 3 crazy weeks... Here comes today's chest workout. If you glaze over my numbers (they are more for me) make sure to read the end of this message for general comments.

CHEST

Flat BB Bench
3*10*75

After the first set of the bench I got really frustrated.. My left shoulder started acting up, but I decided to tough it out - just carefully and NOT go up in weight. But had a feeling my WO was going to blow.

Hammer Decline
12*170 WU, 12*190, 12*200, 8*280, 12*190

First two sets here are pretty meaningless, because a dude that was on the machine asked if I wanted to work in... which I did, but he stayed low too long. He left when I decided to go to 280. Anyway, the pumps for this were awesome. I really concentrated on my form - head back, chest tight, with a tight squeeze at the top.

Hammer Incline
15*100, 12*150, 10*190, 8*210 PR, 15*100

Nasty pumps... Loved it.

Dips
15, 12, 8

Cable Flies
15*25, 12*35, 10*45, 6*55, 10*25

Pushups
2 sets to Failure

Abdominal Work
Decline leg raises and inverted abdominal ball work... hadn't done either of these in awhile and really felt it...

Overall loving this cycle. I feel crazy strong in the gym. Shoulder is a little frustrating, but as long as I stay away from the flat and incline DB stuff, I seem to be ok... I can definitely make great gains without those for awhile... I probably OVERDID the flat DB Bench and incline DB bench for awhile before I started the cycle - so a week off from those specifically will probably be quite beneficial to me.
 
That's actually very smart. I see too many dudes get injured because they take too much advantage of the strength gains while ON cycle and don't know when to stop. Plus the variation is good for growth anyhow in the long run :thumbsup:

Agreed. My elbow was pretty sore for a WHILE after my last MMV2 M1D run... loved the intensity... went up A LOT in weight, maybe too much...

I agree... Anything that hurts beyond a good muscle hurt... i.e. tendons, ligaments, clicking... whatever - I'm completely staying away from.

I see your point. We're still debating. The SD obviously kicks in much faster, and the H takes almost 3 weeks to kick in (for me)... Depends at what point in the cycle you want the extra kick in the pants. I'm not sure I'd want SD and H active at the same time. I want to see what SD feels like I guess?
