I'd probably just start on 75 personally. I did 75/75/100/100/100 and loved it. + almost 10 pounds and -2% BF

Yes, to be honest - what I've heard from others with experience is that a higher initial dose WILL NOT make it kick in any faster... but will make the effects stronger once it does kick in.

I do not desire to get banned just for the sake of getting banned. I love it here at AM and will stay on for as long as I am allowed to remain. I've learned an amazing amount of information here over the last 10 months and made many good friends. I will miss our fallen brothers in arms!! I'm here for you, G-Money, ThisGuy2, and whoever else is left. Trip and myself pulled our Doom Crew siggies when we saw the hatred coming down. I didn't even realize Norwegian was caught up in this purge. Let's carry on with pride befitting a true warrior-born!! NEVER SURRENDER!! :numbered:

my first cycle I ran 50/50/50/50 and made very good gains. No side effects at all...I know taking more will not make the effects kick in sooner, Im trying to maximize my potential gains in those 5 weeks:head:

I'm undecided about sig... It has nothing to do with getting booted. But yes, I like it here - I never had a problem with playing by the rules. Perhaps I might just be a one man crew... Ass Beaters International perhaps.

I don't see a problem with 125 for a week. I'm almost a week deep at 150, and my BP is great - no other side effects yet - though I can probably expect a pimple or two.

Just monitor your BP, and make sure you're taking the proper support supps.

At the end of my cycle and start of PCT?
or after PCT?

...wut I mean is basically when should I start to cut cals and carbs and up the cardio?

You should make the transition from bulking to cutting when you want to cut. I imagine that a contest, or the summer are the two usual cutting goals. I honestly don't think I am gonna cut until next summer, and even that might just be a re-comp. I want to be 200 lbs LBM... I am sitting in the 170s LBM, and I would have to go to the dark side probably twice to get those results by next summer.

A recomp is much more appropriate during/after PCT than cutting, especially during those natty months between cycles of bulking. With a recomp you can concentrate more on cardio, but your diet intake should stay higher than a cut, thus helping you keep your gains when you lean out. I never really bulk much higher than 14% bf... I cant look at myself in the mirror above that. Some guys go 20%... that's not my style... to much back and forth. I would rather just stay around 14% bf and grow for 8 months then cut down to 7-8% over a few months and look good for those summer days/ a contest (once I get to that point)... I grow/am much stronger at over 10% bf...

BTW guys 50mg epi today... 40 pre workout... and WHOOOO WEEEEE!!!!! HOLY SH!T I FOUND THE MAGIC NUMBER!!!! CRANK THAT SH!T UP!!!!:head:

If you had good results at 50mg, I'd stick with your 75/75/100/100/100 dose. Random people don't respond to lower doses of Halo but you seem to. As for BP nothing beats Hawthorn extract. Just make sure it's a standardized for at least 1.8% vitexin or 2% total flavonoids.

BTW bud, you may wanna start your own thread to get your cycle set.

You definitely don't want to cut on cycle... You'll shed some bf % just using HDrol... PCT you want to keep cals high - not a good time for cut either... GMG said it perfectly - pick a natty time between cycles.

I really felt like I could have done some 160 lb dumbbells... I was on fire - just limited by my wrist slipping out. I feel sorry for my pecs and back when those *uckers roll through on my set. This 150 dose is doing me right.

I really can't explain how painful the shoulder pumps were.. I NEED TO remember to preload Taurine - so I put the bottle on top of my Xtend so I cant miss it. Anyone know what it tastes like uncapped? Could I toss a cap or three into my bottle?

I'm just going to put a couple caps in my pocket. It sucked, but at least I knew I blew em up, and I fought threw them after a short rest.

Golden Rule to Post Cycle gain maintenance: Keep your calories HIGH during P.C.T., If you are feeding your body 4000kcal daily during cycle, and then immediately drop that to 2500kcal in a situation where your natural Testosterone resembles an eight year old boy's, you are going to depressed, unmotivated, and back at square one. As T-Lake and GMG already stated, P.C.T., is not the time to drastically alter your caloric intake.

IMO, anabolic and androgenic compounds are best suited to gain mass, as opposed to shedding adipose. I know some may disagree, but my philosophy has always been to eat clean and lean on cycle, in order to maximize LBM gain while minimizing adipose. This way, you are still hovering around 10-12% on cycle, and in between cycles you can run a 2-3 month maintenance phase, without the LBM loss characteristic of cutting phases. In this manner, by your next cycle you are back down to approximately 10%, and fully able to reap in the anabolic benefits of the compounds you are using. This is also a far better approach if you are concerned about lipids, liver enzymes, and BP. Yo-yo weight gain does a number on BP especially.

Like I've told you guys before, epi makes me one unfriendly mofo. Weird, because even TRN doesn't make me that aggressive (outside the gym, that is :thumbsup:). 5 weeks into my last cycle of it, I actually cut it short by a week, which I'd NEVER done before. It was either epi, or my wife...and while I do love epi and it does so many great things to you, my wife does do one thing it can't. Cook and clean.

about 45 min- an hour. I start feelin em around 30-45 minutes... I like having a few minutes to feel that anxious, I gotta lift something or tear someones face off feeling... rock out to some metal and yell at some morons on the drive to the gym. Yesterday I thought I was gonna rip the damn steeringwheel off my car.

I dunno if I am gonna keep doing 40mg p/wo... I think the dosage might be better spread across the day... maybe just 30mg p/wo.

One note, I woke up at about 3 in the morning last night to go to the bathroom, and I had a splitting pain in my lower abs. I seriously thought it was my appendix exploding or something. It went away in about 10 minutes... it hasn't returned and I feel fine. I am not sure if that was just random or a side from the epi... I dunno... any thoughts?

Funny, I was WAY more aggressive outside of the gym on MMV2... which makes me think that the Tren I just ordered is gonna make me one mean mofo when I take it.

For about an hour or so after I get out I'm pretty mean on it, but considering that I'm currently eating 5 of 'em an hour before I go in, that's not all that bad. And if I manage to completely kill myself in the gym, I find it is greatly diminished. That's why I'm trying to leave nothing in the tank when I get out.

By the way, as for that weird pain, I've never had that one per se, but I almost always have random pains and spasms on cycle. A few times on this one I've gotten one in my chest, which at first scared the hell me, until I sat down, collected myself, and really tuned in to it. I discovered that it was coming from just below my pec and a little to the left, between two ribs, not my heart...very likely a twitch in a core muscle. Not saying you should disregard yours. On the contrary, when you're on cycle you need to really be in tune with your body and listen to what it's telling you. Do that and you'll know when something you're doing needs to be changed.

good news, thanx for all the input. I should be around the 4-5K mark when I start, and I know that will be easily maintained. Then do you feel I should lower it to like 35-4K in PCT or keep it high. After PCT I'm deff doing a cut.

Just a suggestion, and not trying to be rude, but it may be wise to begin your own thread. That way, T-Lake's is not side-tracked and you can receive a wider spectrum of opinions. :)

Keep it high. You want to keep the new muscle mass you grew on cycle. What are you cutting for? Summer's gonna be over and I don't think you are competing... how much do you want to grow, and what is your goal bodyweight?

Anyway, yea, probably start your own thread... we'll drop by and answer questions if you need.

I think that back and shoulder pumps are the weirdest thing... its even weirder that taurine prevents them. Anyway - took 3 caps about an hour before workout, and no pumps at all. Great workout. Some wrist pain on Bent BB rows, annoying because I would like to go above 185...

Shoulder pumps are some crazy weird pumps. When I did my 100mg of H-Drol - I dosed 6400 mg (6.4 g) of Taurine per day in two separate doses. One upon waking and the other 30-60 minutes before my workout. I didn't have any issues except very mild lower back pumps, but not too bad really. After my last cycle though I made sure I pre-loaded the Taurine this time for 2 weeks before I went ON and it definitely helped IMO.
