Back to the gym today for Timber. Slammed the chest and obliques. Pushed 3 plates on the Smith Decline (270) and 205 on the Incline... Some DB work / dips / cables... great chest workouts. Great pumps and swole as crap.
By the time I got home, I had pis*ed twice, and still weighted 183.8 (obviously still a ton of water and food weight)...
Shoulder felt a little sore throughout workout, but no sharp pains... Rubbed in some Tiger linment before and after workout, seems to make it feel better.

My lethargy is starting to go away. I worked from home today... sooooo nice. Got a lot of work done, and an early jump on the gym. Body still wants to sleep non-stop...
Bit concerned about my calories - I'm probably around 4.5k a day... When does Halo typically start its cutting properties? Week 3? I'm just not used to eating so much, I'm starting to like it... I just don't want to put on fat during this cycle due to the little Pool Vaca for labor day... Thoughts?

It was supposed to be a warmup... and keep going back to them... but after the pull downs, I was shot. Couldn't get a full rep.
I do the pull downs as my warm up and then hit the pull ups adding weight as I go. Nothings the same as pull ups for lat spread. Why I'm not sure guess it's something to do with the body mechanics of the movement even compared to lat pull downs but they work like no other....:thumbsup:
Yeah, I've been doing the pullups really wide too.. You guys are a lot stronger in the back - particularly in the lats. Any BW exercise I'm still kind of catching up on... 6 months ago I could blow out some pullups when I was 160.
Also remember that a wide grip works the inner back and the close grip works the otter lats!! NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND....
