I have been doing 3 pumps am / 3 pumps pm and its been treating me great! I will be going to 4pumps am / 4pump pm, starting tomorrow. So far this has been fairly mild on my joints, for some reason i notice the dryness more on my fingers.

I have been eating way above maintenance but my mid section looks a bit tighter. The most noticeable effect from this is the incredible boost in mood and mind set. My energy level is way up. Mondays i work a later shift, and don't get out until 8pm. With a half hour drive home , i usually get drowsy and it takes a lot to get my on my way to the gym. Today i think the ride home actually hyped me up. All i kept thinking about was tonights work out. By the time i got to the gym I was completely amped!

Aggressive! also as a side note. I'm a very passive person and have always been so. Lately getting into a fight seems like a really good idea :)

Because I haven't really been hitting legs as much as I should last few weeks. My hams have been killing me. Throwing those on on Mondays cures the soreness, would be nice if I did it on sat or sun.
Because I could barely walk this weekend.

Doing a little something a day or two after a work out helps get the soreness out.

SD is awesome u turn into a monster within 3 weeks. I still have amother cycles worth left. Ill do it after I get my blood tested and figure out what would be the best bridge to keep those gains

Look up SuperPro SD thread... Him and JBryan had really good plan set up... If you can't find the link let me know...

I say use SD as a test E kicker then throw some anavar in at the end for 4-6 weeks... That would be sexy.

todays work out was a little botched. I have everything lined up in a certain order and follow my system to a tee. if i have to skip one exercise and come back to it later its bad enough. But when u have a group of old ladies hogging up equipment for a social meet instead of working out...they can f-ck up ur night.
I still managed to get it in. but will defiantly have to torture my self next week to make up for todays problem.

Showered and pumped out another 4 shots of Formasurge. Ate a huge meal, drank a shake and calling it a night!

Wish I would of seen this earlier. Read thru the whole log anyway. Going to follow along man. Just started this myself a few days ago. Running it pretty much solo. AppNuts Drive and RPM is the only other supp besides the basics I'll be using. Looks like your killing it so far!

Haven't had a chance to try any appnut products yet. But all I read about them is good

Nice. I don't run many 'hormonal' per se products so I am curios to how I will react.


Maybe something will come up in the future were you'll get to try some . ;)

what are you doing for your traps. i think if you could get them bigger your upper half would be pretty impressive. you have a huge chest and big shoulders. it might just be the angle of the pic. but your traps look slightly under developed.

im just the opposite. my chest is under developed but i got huge traps.

Dude ur 100% on that. My traps / back are weak looking. Got any ideas, I recently started focusing on them more, seeing slight gain.
My chest and arms I think are in my genetics. The grow easy with little work

I dropped lat pulldowns, I was getting stronger but not seeing any real growth. Replaced them with pull up and wide grip chins, 6 sets of each all to failure and in the past month and a half I've seen a noticeable difference. Also do deads, Yates or normal bent over rows, occasionally t bar rows. Also do dumbbell rows on occasion. I'm using all freeweights cause that's what I have here at home or I'd do some cable rows also.
 
Got crazy with the Wendy's free ice coffee last night. Fell asleep around 2am, woke up for work at 6am. So u know I'm really dragging a$$. Pumped out my four squirts of Formasurge before leaving the house.

Debating on taking the gym day off. But its still early, night feel better later
 
Gotta get them deads in there man. Good upper/middle back thickness. I like reverse grip bent over BB rows and wide grip chin ups. Weighted if you can is even better. ;)

Now I know that forma converts, at what dosage if any do u have to worry about possible shutdown. Im also trying to get a bottle. Waiting for Nutraplanet to reup, tall guy gave me another site to get it from but I want to order some of the new focus xt.

I think it's a pretty high dose, and if there was any it be minimal and just need an OTC pct but I don't know for sure.
 
Dropping back down to 3/3 pumps Formasurge ,my main man csa2179 reminded me that there is a chance for shutdown at such high doses, kind of forgot that part.
I have kind of plateaued at feeling awesome everyday, My body feels great, every muscle is probably the most solid i have ever had them.
libido is almost to active, I'm turned on by the littlest things. Very exciting product and probably my most successful natty cycle. This is the last week, so i will be posting a pic with updated stats shortly.

Nothing else to report, eating like a pig, dropped some Body Fat, and gained some weight, What more can you ask for :)
