All back off sets are done with perfect form with slow negatives, partials at the end with a static hold on the very last rep on most exercises. Good. Add in 4 to 6 grams of Vitamin C per day (it's cheap anyway) and you'll be set. The DHEA and Vitamin C have great synergy for combatting fatigue and lowering cortisol levels. The DHEA will also help with libido!!:thumbsup: OH YEAH!! :whip:

Yeah killer!! I have been totally off stims for a year now, because I use to like 'em too much!! But a couple of weeks ago I received a couple of free samples of ALRI WTF' PUMPED. And it had 200 mg. of caffiene in it. I loved it!! I was really missiing that stim-buzz that helps blast you through a workout. So after the free samples ran out, I started taking 1 No-Doz (200 mg. of caffiene) before my workouts....and I like it!! So I'm looking for a really strong pre-workout volumizer, energizer, booster....etc... so on...whatever! ha ha I'm wanting that high-stim buzz again. But only on workout days from now on. 3 days per week. :lol:

Hey bro......of all the pre-workout stim-products that you have tried, which is your favorite? I'm wanting one with a good strong stim-jolt to it!! I've been totally stim-free for a year, been taking 4 to 6 grams of Vitamin C per day for about 6 months straight......so I think my adrenal receptors are clean, refreshed, and ready for a wild ride!! I need something to fire up my workouts while I'm on this damn natty adventure!! ha ha I miss my androgens so badly.....:sad: I always highly respect your opinions Piston. I'm not going to lie and say it was a walk in the park by any means!! It really winded me good!! I was breathing hard for the 2 minute rest I took before I did the back off set and then the rest of the workout. I usually only rest about 45 seconds to 1 minute between sets. But I took a 2 minute time-out after the Widowmakers!! :yawn: I love pushing my body hard. It can handle so much more than the mind will usually allow it to. I try to push past the pain-barrier as often as I can!! :aargh: I'm a freak like that!!! :twisted:

I definitely agree with the last part, the mental aspect. I was just recently listening to an interview with Lee Priest and he was talking about how some people's mentality completely changes once they come off cycle. He mentioned working out with guys who one week were doing 405 for reps on bench and the next week they put like 385 on and when he asked them why they told him it was because he wasn't ON anymore.

Really glad to see you're having such a great pct. I'm hoping for that kind of success. As of today, I've decided to drop the 6oxo, as I don't foresee estro rebound as a problem on my compounds, and I think the clomid's going to be unneccesary too. My boys have already started to come back (fully, I mean. they never really atrophied completely)...and I'm just on day 2 of my highest dosages all cycle! Think it'll just be nolva and DTH for me. Maybe some DHEA.

I took 300 mg. of caffeine, 100 mg. of Green Tea Extract, and 270 mg. of Citrus Aurantium Extract 6% (containing 22 mg. of Synephrine) 1 and 1/2 hours before my workout. And my usual PCT supps of course. I'll skip the formalities and just dive into the abyss!! CHEST--BENCH PRESSES: 325 X 8-4-2!! Very hard set. All-out effort here. But very pleased! This is still doing the DC style of rest-pauses with the deep breathing and stretches. Back off set at 225 X 15. All back off sets throughout the workout are done very strictly, slowly, with great emphasis on the negatives. INCLINE BENCH PRESSES: 300 x 7-4-2. I couldn't lock out that eigth rep on the first part of the set! Damn!! Back off at 210 X 15. Made up for it here! ha ha PEC-DECK FLYES: 200 X 15. Gained 1 rep from last week. I'll take it! Let's dive into the fray!!-- LEGS: LEG EXTENSIONS: 150 x 14. Back off set at 100 X 20!! Really pumped!! MACHINE SQUATS: WIDOWMAKERS!!--325 x 20!! What an effort to complete this set!! All-out effort here!! Back off set at 210 X 15. STIFF-LEGGED DEADLIFTS: 325 X 8-4-2. DC is starting to take effect now. It was really hard to complete this set....as it should be!! It's all up from here!! Back off set at 210 X 12. All back off sets are done very strictly, slowly, with emphasis on the negatives and some partials at the end. With a static hold on the last rep. Post war was a 50 gram Whey Protein shake with 10 grams of creatine monohydrate, 5 grams of Glutamine, 1 tablespoon of EVOO, and 1 tablespoon of Honey in it to hide the awful EVOO taste!! LOL Then I had a bowl of Raisin Bran with skim milk and a big baked chicken breast left-over from last night. Gotta refuel those muscles!! :bb3:
