I took 300 mg. of caffeine, 100 mg. of Green Tea Extract, and 270 mg. of Citrus Aurantium Extract 6% (containing 22 mg. of Synephrine) 1 and 1/2 hours before my workout. And my usual PCT supps of course. I'll skip the formalities and just dive into the abyss!! CHEST--BENCH PRESSES: 325 X 8-4-2!! Very hard set. All-out effort here. But very pleased! This is still doing the DC style of rest-pauses with the deep breathing and stretches. Back off set at 225 X 15. All back off sets throughout the workout are done very strictly, slowly, with great emphasis on the negatives. INCLINE BENCH PRESSES: 300 x 7-4-2. I couldn't lock out that eigth rep on the first part of the set! Damn!! Back off at 210 X 15. Made up for it here! ha ha PEC-DECK FLYES: 200 X 15. Gained 1 rep from last week. I'll take it! Back off at 150 X 15. PULLOVERS: 140 X 10. Immediate drop to 105 X 10 more reps. Pumped!! ONE-ARM LOWER PULLEY CROSSOVERS: For the upper pecs. 75 X 12. Back off at 60 X 15. TRICEPS--SEATED OVERHEAD CABLE TRICEPS EXTENSIONS: 200 x 7-3-1!! I got real adventurous here. What a battle this set was! :duel: Back off at 105 X 15. ONE-ARM CABLE PRESSDOWNS: 90 X 9. One hand yet! Back off at 60 X 15. BEHIND HEAD ONE-ARM UPPER PULLEY EXTENSIONS: I know....what a name?! :think: It looks like a reverse-hercules curl, but it's for the triceps. Maybe I invented it. I don't recall seeing anyone else doing them. But they work. Anyway----75 X 9. Very hard set. Back off at 45 X 12. And that was a rap!!
