I sleep during the daytime (me being a fukkin' Vampire) so it's refreshing to wake up (like now) and see all the activity that's been going on in my threads. Thanks my brothers of DOOM for coming over and having a good time. I wish I could remove all the filters, so true freedom of speech could be enjoyed by all!! PCT is going great guns so far bro. I think it was you that I told one time, that I enjoy plannning out my PCT supplementation even more than a cycle's ancillaries and supports. There's more to chose from, and the ability to make my own personalized blends as you do. It's exctiting to control the certain ingredients that you want more of and use less of the ones you don't. And as for the Testofen.....it makes me very "you know"!! :twisted: ha ha As my Dad would have put it, "I'm hotter than a 4-balled Tomcat"!! :lol: Testofen is the very best fenugreek supplement I have ever used. Hands-down the best!! And my wife enjoys the maple-syrup flavor!! :whip::thumbsup:

Pct Day 9----and All Is Well!!!

I'm feeling so good this morning, I just had to drop in and say so!! I feel GREAT!! (Tony the Tiger voice. lol) I feel very recovered even though that was a pretty heavy cycle. I seem to bouce back very quickly from these things. Much thanks to All-Father Odin for the strength which He gives me!! Today is a total rest day. The only day of the week where I completely relax, recoup, rejuvenate, and recover. "R&R&R&R" I guess you could call it!! ha ha It is so boring though it is a bit un-nerving to me. I itch for battle brethren!! Hardcore action!! It's not for the Lord of the Living Lightening to sit idly by when battle awaits. :aargh: I'm off to Jotunheim to viciously brutalize some Frost-Giants!! I RIDE!!:head: HAVE AT THEE, DENIZENS OF DARKNESS:hammer:

What are your total gains so far tg?
4 lean pounds of muscle mass. Increased vascularity and hardness. Greatly increased strength. Check out the first couple of pages' workout reports and then check out this last week's reports. Very significant weight increases. I was totally pleased with this cycle. It is on the repeat list someday:thumbsup:!!

Testofen is good stuff. I am using the NOW fenugreek caps though, but at 6 grams a day.
 
You use fenu inbetween cycles? Or on as well?
I just do it immediately post and just use a high dose for 3 weeks. The effects taper off on their own and the boys are back in full force along with sex drive (normalized/elevated). I probably won't be doing another cycle of anything for a while though...

This is getting good now!! The DC/Thundergod training program is kickin' in......Big Time!! I haven't utilized rest-pause techniques this much, since the late 80's!! That was back in the Mike Mentzer's days of H.I.T. methods of intensity! Great for producing new strength and growth. 2 hours before the workout I ate a big bowl of oatmeal with a banana chopped up in it. Drank a 50 gram Whey Shake and downed my morning's PCT supps. Then 1 hour before training I took 2 caffiene caps @200 mg. each and 1 packet of the Universal Nutrition's Animal Stak2. It's got loads of sh*t in it!! Then I went into a Berserker Rage like never before!! :aargh: I made war with those evil weights!! :duel: WAR REPORT--- CHEST---BENCH PRESSES: 320 X 8-4-2. DC style of deep breathing rest-pauses between these. Did a back off set @ 210 X 15 for some textbook reps with slow negatives. INCLINE BENCH PRESSES: 300 X 7-3-2. Very hard set! Just the way I like it!! Back off set @ 200 X 14. Slow negatives with a couple partial reps and a static hold on the last rep. PEC-DECK FLYES: 200 X 14. Banged out 10 reps ...paused.. banged out 4 more!! Love this sh*t boyz!! :twisted: Back off set @150 X 15. For some brutally slow reps. Pecs were pumped up big time!! PULLOVERS: 135 X 10. Back set @ 105 X 15. ONE-ARM CABLE-CROSSOVERS: 80 X 12. Drop back to 65 X 15. Great contractions here. TRICEPS--- STANDING TRICEPS PUSHDOWNS: 190 X 6-3-2!! I am feeling great this morning. I feel very rejuvenated after a long night of the "Odin-sleep". I "hammered" my morning cardio already. 20 minutes of gut-busting H.I.I.T style of rowing machine action. Much more excting than an hour of slow boring bike riding bullsh*t!! That stuff is dreadul! I like thrills in my training. Even with the cardio. Even with "bedroom exercise"!! haha I'm a beast in my training! All-out is my modus operandi! :thumbsup:I love to ride the lightening! All things are well in PCT aspects at the moment. Libido, energy, recovery, strength, focus, drive, aggression, intensity, and motivation are all soaring high through the heavens!! I feel on top of Yggdrasil at the moment and ready to take on the nine-worlds!! FOR HONOR, FOR GLORY, FOR ASGARD!!:duel:

Pct Day 12

The new training methods are starting to manifest their effectiveness now. The strength is coming on fast now. Last week I intentionally held back somewhat to begin the DC twist to my training. This week I turned it up a notch!! WAR REPORT-- LEGS--LEG EXTENSIONS: 130 X 15!! A 10 lb. increase over last week! Back off set @100 X 20. Slow and very strict form. Brutal negatives on the last few reps. MACHINE SQUATS--WIDOWMAKERS!!--320 X 20!! I put on the "Bear-Shirt" for these babies!! Back off set @ 210 X 15. Very deep and controlled reps. STIFF-LEGGED DEADLIFTS: 320 X 8-4-2. DC style! Back off set @210 X 12. Slow controlled negatives on the last few reps. Really stretched out my hams! ONE-LEGGED STANDING HAMSTRING CURLS: 100 x 14!! PR! OH YEAH!! Not bad for one leg!! Back off set @60 X 15. These were done with textbook form with really slow negatives. SHOULDERS---MACHINE SHOULDER PRESSES: 215 x 8-4-2. Great set. Probably could've done a little more weight. Next week I'll add 5 or 10 lbs. to it. Still testing the waters on this DC stuff! Back off set @150 X 15. Slow up and slow down. Emphasis on the negative portion of the reps. FRONT RAISES WITH CABLE BAR--100 x 12. I really bumped up the weight on these today. I used my wrist straps to keep from having to focus on gripping the bar. Wise choice! Back off set @75 X 12. Slow negatives. ONE-ARM CABLE SIDE LATERALS: 65 X 12. Back off set @45 X 15. The slow negatives really blew my medial delts up here. ONE-ARM BENTOVER CABLE REAR LATERLAS: 80 X 12!! Banged out 9 reps...paused...hit the other 3 reps with a fury unmatched!! Back off set @60 X 15. And delts were fried!! What a workout!! I'm having a ball going all crazy on the weights this PCT!! My aggression, focus, and intensity has seemingly increased since ending the cycle!! Go figure!! I'm running on the Odin-Force now!! NEXT WEEK.....MORE WEIGHT!!! FOR GLORY, FOR HONOR, FOR ASGARD!!!:duel:

Guten Morgen my brother Piston. From what I've learned just this morning it appears that BlackSheep, Heavies, Pantera, Dkkon1, and even Norwegian got banned yesterday. They will be missed!! I'll pour out some Whey shake in their honor later!! I've made it clear that I plan on being a good god and play by the rules these fine mortals have set before us! I wish to remain here and "Learn, Teach, and Lead"!! Let's just focus on training hard, eating right, using proper supplementation, and being kind to each other!! As I have said before, "Let peace forever reign in the Temple of the Thundergod"!! :box:

I was more pleased with my WIDOWMAKER Squats at 320 X 20 reps!! I was breathing hard after that sh*t!! And... I actually thought the Machine Shoulder Presses were rather easy!! ha ha :twisted: I posted that I'm just getting the feel for this DC style of training. You pick a basic compound movement. Then go all out with a weight so heavy that it makes you hit failure at 6 to 10 reps. After hitting failure you rest by taking 12 to 15 deep breaths (equates to around 20 or 30 seconds) then go again and hope to hit 2 to 4 more reps, again to failure. Take another rest-pause with the deep breathing and go one last time, hoping to get 1 to 3 more final reps, again to complete failure. Then you could finish by doing some slow negatives on the last part of the set, and then some partial reps and finally a static hold on the last rep. Next week I'm going to "hammer" 225 lbs. on shoulder presses for that 8-4-2 rep scheme!! I WILL NOT FAIL!! :aargh: :bb3:
 
I was more pleased with my WIDOWMAKER Squats at 320 X 20 reps!! I was breathing hard after that sh*t!! And... I actually thought the Machine Shoulder Presses were rather easy!! ha ha :twisted: I posted that I'm just getting the feel for this DC style of training. You pick a basic compound movement. Then go all out with a weight so heavy that it makes you hit failure at 6 to 10 reps. After hitting failure you rest by taking 12 to 15 deep breaths (equates to around 20 or 30 seconds) then go again and hope to hit 2 to 4 more reps, again to failure. GREAT fcukin' idea, TG!!! Now that you mention it, I think I'm going to add those rest-pauses into the beginning of the heavy/negative routine that you and I talked about for next week. Should be a KILLER!
