CYCLE DAY 22--Last Day Of Cycle And Triple-Drop Sets!!

This is the way I wanted to finish this thing. Hard and strong!! I was in da zone for this one kiddies. Intense is the only word I can think of to describe it. INTENSE!!! I'll jump to the War Report!!---BACK AND BICEPS---LAT PULLDOWNS: 300 X 8!! I broke out the wrist straps finally. I'm soooo glad I did. They really helped out! Drop to 240 X 9. Drop to 210 X 8. DC breathing rest-pauses between these sets. REVERSE-GRIP PULLDOWNS: 270 X 8!! Drop to 210 X 8. Drop to 190 X 7 for slow and strict ones. DC pauses here as well. CLOSE-GRIP PULLDOWNS: 255 X 8. Drop to 210 X 8. No third drop. SEATED CABLE ROWS: 300 X 10!! PR!! Oh fukk yeah!! Love those wrist straps!! Drop to 240 X 8. Drop to 210 X 8. DC pauses again! STANDING MACHINE ROWS: This is a real isolated movement I created standing against a seated bench press machine and rowing the handles towards me. Real strict move. 170 X 10. Drop to 140 X 10. MACHINE SHRUGS: 330 X 12!! Drop to 240 X 10. Drop to 210 X 9. STANDING WIDE-GRIP CABLE CURLS: 170 X 10. Drop to 105 X 12. Drop to 90 X 15 for super strict reps that blew my sh*t up!! Str8 up!! ONE-ARM CABLE PREACHER CURLS: 75 X 9!! Drop to 60 X 8. Drop to 45 X 10. What a pump!! LYING OVHERHEAD PULLEY CURLS: 150 X 9!! Drop to 105 X 10. Drop to 90 X 12. And that did it!!! I dug down deep into the divine reserves for this last workout of the cycle. :box: I'm greatly tired and greatly pleased as well. :lol:Yeah I know what you mean.I have my exercises that I use them for,but not untill the work sets begin.I feel it allows for better mind muscle connection too cause you don't have to concentrate so hard on grippng the bar.I work my forearms directly.It doesn't take long at all.I personally feel my back is better because of wrist straps,and my forearams are better due to direct work.I'm proud of them both!Good luck with PCT man!I know you'll be fine.....again!

Agreed. I used to bag on the straps until I actually got a set. Now they are a staple of my back routine. Like Pantera, I train my forearms on their own, and e/o week w/o grips on deads... that seems to do the trick for me at least.

Pct Protocol

Today starts PCT world for me. I'm going to list the supplements that I'll be taking for the next 3 weeks. After that will be a natty run. Then a "nasty" run!! lol First thing on the list for PCT is CLOMID @ 50 mg. per night for the first 5 nights. Then I will discontinue it. These following supps will be taken everyday of PCT. A "natty" SERM mixture of RESVERATROL @ 2 grams per day. ICARIIN @ 2 grams per day. TESTOFEN (fenugreek extracted to 50% fenusides) @ 2 grams per day. DHEA @ 150 mg. per day. This will be lowered in weeks 2 and 3 to 100 and then 50 mg. respectively. My AI will be oral ATD @25 mg. per night. I like to keep the dosage low on this stuff. Very powerful! The following 3 supplements are for prolactin control since I was using a progestin (Methoxy TRN): VITEX (chaste berry) @ 1,000 mg. per day. P-5-P @ 25 mg. per day. VITAMIN B6 @ 100 mg. per day. MILK THISTLE @ 2 grams per day. HAWTHORN BERRIES @ 2 or 3 grams per day depending on blood pressure readings. POLICOSANOL @ 40 mg. per day. VITAMIN C @ 4 grams per day and 6 grams on workout days as I like to take 2 grams before every workout. ZINC @ 100 mg. per day. FISH OIL @ 20 grams per day!! Love this stuff! SamE @ suggested dosing. ZMA before bed every night. And I also have a can of Universal Nutrition's Animal Stak 2 that I will finally use up. I've had it for a year now. It's a low-dosed all-in-one type stack comprised of test-boosters,estrogen regulators, cortisol controls, NOS boosters, and liver protectants. The dosages are fairly low. But there's lots of ingredients. Too much sh*t to list here!! I may go to their web-site and copy the picture of the ingredients and come back here and paste it. I don't want to take the time to type all that sh*t out! It's a lot. I figured it couldn't hurt to toss it in on this PCT. If I've left anything out, I'll come back and post it. But I think this is it!! lol

And I just love a challenge!! :twisted: I'm feeling most excellent this morning. The cycle went great. I'm much stronger and leaner than when I began the cycle. New pics will be forthcoming very soon!! A couple of weeks at the latest. Everyone be sure to stay tuned. The cycle may be over, but there's more adventure to be had!! :head:

I have a bottle of the NOW Vitex 300mg caps I had planned on using if I ever ran the one bottle of Mega-TRN (same as Methoxy-TRN I think) but it's also got something called Dong Quai (Angelica sinensis) in there as well which I'm not sure about. Just curious if yours is pure Chaste Berry Tree (Vitex) Extract and if you have any idea what Dong Quai is. Thanks!

The brand of Vitex that I use is Nature's Way. And it is just Vitex alone. No Dong Quai. I think I ordered it off of SwansonVitamins.com. The NOW brand that you have will work just fine bro. Vitex (chaste berry) and Dong Quai are both used to treat women for PMS and menopause symptoms. It's just that they also will control prolactin sides associated with the use of progestins like TRN. The Dong Quai is said to also raise red blood cell count. That should be a good thing. It works synergistically with the Vitex. And bro, you will love that Mega-TRN!! :thumbsup:

Just a bit concerned about the BP issues associated with stacking both of these. Was thinking about running PP at 30mg for 4 weeks and throwing in the TRN weeks 2-4 at 4mg per day (i.e. I weigh 190 lbs.). What do you think? It's probably gonna be my next size/strength cycle that I run in January 2009.

It sounds real good to me. You know that I was taking this also during this cycle. TRN/Phera/Epi was the sh*t!! I will definitely be running this one again someday. About your blood pressure concerns: Mine spiked during the second week of my cycle. I increased the Hawthorn Berries to 6 grams per day and it came back down to normal just 2 days later!! You should consider the same if yours elevates. You will really enjoy that cycle bro. That will be a good strong cycle for you. Your strength will sky-rocket!! :squat:

Haha! Yeah, I ran test prop for a short cycle... Good stuff, very good. I used it for 3 weeks. I was in the middle of moving and wanted to do a short cycle during that time.

LOL, I bought a bottle of Vitex from the Vitamine Shoppe and have it on hand just as a precaution... but you shoulda seen the look on the cashiers face when I bought a bottle of "menopause" supps. LOL.

I havent had any internet for 3 weeks as you know, so sorry i havent been here, but i loved reading through your log, sounds like youve got your pct sorted, the only thing i wouldnt touch is vitex, as chaste berry was used for centuries to lower libido, hence the name chaste, however, you know your stuff, and i know you know how to use it, so do your thing bro.
Im starting my cutting cycle in a few days, so hope you can come and give me some moral support!!!

Thanks little bro. Yeah, even if a person doesn't "feel" shutdown doesn't mean they're not. With the compounds and the dosages I was taking, there's no way to not be shutdown. I'm just a freak of nature. :twisted: Maybe I feel good when I shouldn't. Who knows! :fool2: But this PCT is very effective for me at least. We are all different. We react and respond to different stimuli. I know from trial and error, that this protocol is right for me. Bodybuilding/Weight-Training is all about personal experimentation and success. :thumbsup:

Fer shure dood!! I couldn't imagine doing my Barbell Shrugs @505 X 8 reps without 'em. But I usually don't break 'em out unless the sh*t gets heavy. When I went up on Lat Pulldowns this past Sunday to 300 X 9 reps, I knew I was going to need them. It was a new pair also. So I had to break 'em in!! They have officially been "Thunder-Struck" now!! :head:

I was just talking about you earlier to a friend of mine. I told him I was missing the Hela out of my Russian friend. It's so good to hear from you and to know that you and your family are all fine. I am very proud to be part of your family! Oh, and I'm not worried about using Vitex/Chaste Berry. I've used it before, and it didn't hurt my libido at all. That's because I'm using natty test boosters and libido support supps through PCT. It's all good in da Thunderhood!! :afro: Shikka-Wah-Wah!! :whip: And you have my complete support for your cutting cycle bro. Are you going to log it? :think:

Pct Day 2

Only the second day of my PCT and guess what? I woke up this morning with the hardest damn boner ever!! :thumbsup: I could've cut diamonds with that bloody thing! My junk was harder than Chinese arithematic. lol That's a good sign I assume. I'm still basking in the afterglow of my cycle. Damn it was good!! :D I got more out of that cycle than I was actually expecting. It was that good! It will be on the repeat list for the future! Everything is fine at this point of PCT. Of course, it's only Day 2!! But I am totally stoked about hitting Chest and Triceps tomorrow morning. I love training like a maddened beast!! :twisted: Leave No Living Prisoners!! :aargh:

PCT DAY 2---Periodization training with a DoggCrapp Twist!!

Well, it's finally time for a 1 step backwards to take 2 steps forward approach! You have to incorporate varying degrees of intensity to your training to avoid plateaus, staleness, and overtraining. So it's time for the Thundergod to do the same. Today's workout was done with emphasis on form and slow, strict, and controlled movements. Slow negatives with a static hold on the last rep of most exercises. Here's the BATTLE STATISTICS---CHEST---FLAT BENCH PRESSES: 315 X 8--4--2 reps. I used the DC method of rest-pauses with the deep breathing between sets. I also did the extreme stretches advocated by Jason Wojo. I then did a back off set of 240 X 12 for slow strict reps. It's not a pure DC training. I put my own personal twist to it to accomodate my goals. INCLINE BENCH PRESSES: 300 X 8--4--2. DC style again. Drop off set to 210 X 12. PEC-DECK FLYES: 180 X 12. Back-off set @150 X 12. Great contractions here. Slow and with purpose! ONE-ARM CABLE-CROSSOVERS: 75 X 10. And 60 X 12. PULLOVERS: 135 X 10. And 105 X 12. TRICEPS---PUSHDOWNS: 180 X 8--4--2. DC style here also. Back off set @105 X 12 reps done really slow and strictly. Slow negatives all the way!! Brutal sh*t!! :head: ONE-ARM SEATED OVERHEAD TRICEPS CABLE EXTENSIONS: 75 X 10. And 60 X 12. Perfect form here. REVERSE-GRIP PUSHDOWNS: 135 X 10. And 105 X 10. Done impeccably!! The workout was harder than I thought it was going to be really. The emphasis on perfect form, slow negatives, static holds, and the rest-pauses made it more intense than expected. Wundebar!! :woohoo: I love intensity!! Can't seem to take it easy no matter what the fukk I do!! Not record numbers here today, but great form and high-intensity!! I'll really pick up the pace next week as I increase weights and the intensity factor!! Let's fukkin' kick this PCT's A$$!!! :aargh: YEAH!! DESTROYER FOR THE DOOM CREW!! :twisted: :bb3:

Yes, correct you are, astute sir! That WAS an easy one. You're just finding a divisor that's a multiple of $.25 + $.10 + $.05....THUS, $4.40/$.40 = 11

Again, child's play, but it gets my brain warmed up for the day.

Now sure what you are doing that requires diffies.....area under curve or something? You mentioned columns, so I was thinking you had to calc. the true area under curve based on "columnar"-type data so-to-speak, but WTF do I know! I don't need to do that $hit anymore...I'm out of the lab! I sit here and jerk off with more financial stuff now-a-days. Boring stuff. BLEH

Nah columns in multi story buildings we have to account for out of plane bending, the only way to do that is 2nd ODE's its called Pdelta effects....columns are normally only under axial load, i.e. load at some concentric point or at their centeroidal axis...etc.etc.etc. however thay can develop forces that make them act like a beam./.;.;.blahblahblah.....
