Thundergod's Mad Methyl Meltdown!!!

TG is sounds like the new routine is here to stay and your moving some serious weights. This was a good and bad week for me. I set my one rep max of 315 on bench and was excited about that Monday. I hit the cardio 5 times this week along with my normal split. The bad part is when working shoulders I think I strained something because now my neck and upper back is stiff. Kinda like when you sleep wrong. I fought through it today and still managed to do some squats. I kept the weight lower and did 2 sets of 20 rep widow maker. Those fukk me up the next day.

Keep figting the good fight my man! T-11 days til I start pre-loading for the Xtreme Tren/Phera cycle. I got all my goodies just asking me to take them.

I figure I will start it up around the first of the year. I don't want to bore folks for a month before something happens. Besides, if I start the log early I will be too tempted to pop dem pills.

What is really impressive is that Timber doesn't use a safety grip for these heavy deads. He is using a full overhand grip. Pretty tough.

HIIT CARDIO: 25 minutes.
In a fasted state I performed 20 rounds of 30/30 second intervals. 30 seconds all-out speed followed by 30 seconds of moderate speed on my exer-cycle.

USPLabs package came in yesterday. A nice package indeed. 1 bottle of PRIME, 1 bottle of Anabolic Pump, 1 bottle of Recreate, 3 sample boxes of PowerFULL, and 1 container of JACKED!! Now that was awesome!!! :woohoo:

I'm waiting to hear from Mulletsoldier on dosing recommendations. As soon as I hear from him, I will put up my new thread.

I hope everyone will subscribe and follow along as I attempt a successful holiday recomp! :thumbsup:

1 cap immediately upon waking [eat 15-20 minutes later].
1 cap prior to pre-workout meal.
1 cap prior to last meal of the day containing carbohydrates.

ReCreate:
2 caps upon waking
1 cap prior to workout + JACKED

PowerFULL:
3 caps prior to workout
2 45 minutes prior to bed

On non-workout days, follow the same type of dispersed layout [evenly spread out doses]

That's how I feel. I'm starting to get that nostalgic sense about it already. But it's time to move forward into a new year of possibilities with new frontiers and horizons. New enemies to vanquish and lands to conquer. New booty to be had. And I do mean "booty"!! :whip:

My goal is to start repping 405 7 to 8 times.

Would it be best to move down a few pounds and rep that for awhile? Or would it be best to try to pull 415 or 425?

I would move down to around 365 and start increasing my reps there. Once you get that weight at 6 or 7 reps start increasing it by 5 lbs. (those sweet little 2 and 1/2 lb. plates) every week afterwards while trying to keep the reps up to around 6 or 7.

You don't want to try that second option of yours. That will have you lifting max-weight way too often. That's not the way to increase the weights either. People that try to max-out too often, find it counter-productive. You don't really want to max-out more than every month or two. 2 months is the better option.

I hope this helps you. Good luck. And keep moving those weights up little by little. That's the way to make consistent and maintainable gains. Whether one's goals are strength or just more muscle mass. There is some truth however, in the statement that a stronger muscle will also result in an increase in size in that given muscle. Up to a point.

TG nailed it Timber. Use a weight that has you busting a gut at 5 reps. When you can rep that 8 with some ease..add enough weight to bring the reps down to 5 with trouble. Steady progress to hugeness..
