TG is sounds like the new routine is here to stay and your moving some serious weights. This was a good and bad week for me. I set my one rep max of 315 on bench and was excited about that Monday. I hit the cardio 5 times this week along with my normal split. The bad part is when working shoulders I think I strained something because now my neck and upper back is stiff. Kinda like when you sleep wrong. I fought through it today and still managed to do some squats. I kept the weight lower and did 2 sets of 20 rep widow maker. Those fukk me up the next day.
