I promise to always. And you warriors keep me motivated as well. We strengthen each other. I'm always praying to All-Father during my battles to give my warrior brothers strength. :box:

Silver is right. You are pretty much the lifeblood of AM TG. You are the character with charisma that stands out above the rest. Keep it up bro!
You guys are too much. What do ye mortals seek? To cause the God of Thunder to weep like a maiden on this morning??!! ha ha

For real though. If I let myself get serious about these comments at this moment, I just might cry. All of you are way too kind. You guys still have no clue as to how much all of you inspire and motivate me to do my best. It is received with much appreciation and humility. Danke....Thunder.

We come back to see the damage you do. You definately get me fired up and give me something to shoot for. As they say, reach for the moon. You might not make it, but you might reach a star.
Stars are way further than the moon. You might not make it out of the Earth's gravitational pull and plummet back into the troposphere.

I want to say that my threads would be as nothing if not for all the wonderful friends and supporters that I have here.

All of you keep it exciting and interesting. My threads are only popular because you kind people have made them thus.

My small part is to pour all of my heart and soul into my training so as to not let any of my readers down. I will never surrender!! :duel:

just keep motivating us bro!

..and here comes FOG with the scientific schooling.. :whip:
Naw...it's just from all that inter-planetary space travelling that he's done.

3 WEEK FORMESTANE BRIDGE CYCLE--DAY 24 (extended) ha ha

HIIT Cardio: 25 minutes.

I performed my cardio in a fasted state this morning. Then afterwards I had big bowl of oatmeal and a whey shake of 40 grams of protein, with 5 grams each of glutamine and creatine monohydrate as well.

I'll be starting my new log either this weekend or on Monday. It's time for a recomp.

I need help from all of my AM supporters on this one. I really don't know much about dieting. I just kinda stumbled upon my last diet of self-designed carb-cycling. So once I post up my current diet, I'll be looking for suggestions from the well-spring of knowledge that we have here at AM.

TG,
I live in CT and there is a town called Mianus. I've only been in it a few times, but I was really drunk at the time. Kind of a funky place. real muddy...

That's funny. It was funky and muddy. And called My-Anus!! Sounds about right.

I have been following along on this entire trip and felt this was about the appropriate time to comment. You are full of entertaining nuggets so I thought I could drop a small one about Mianus. Is there a pun in that sentence?

Keep up the God like work big man! The inspiration is non-stop.

Doesn't the Hershey highway pass through My-anus??(no homo)

Motivation Time!!!

Can you see the look in the eyes of these individuals? That's the "stay hungry" look. The "eye of the tiger" and all of that. It's the expression that says, "I'm willing to go through any amount of fatigue and pain to get to where I want to be."

I especially enjoyed the last part with Tom Platz doing those leg extensions.....that's real intensity there!!

Let's go to war!! :numbered:

TG-great video, excellent mixture of my (or our) idols

3 WEEK FORMESTANE BRIDGE CYCLE--DAY 25 (extended) ha ha

TALES FROM THE ABYSS!! :smite:

LEGS

QUADS

LEG EXTENSIONS

200 X 14
110 X 22

Back up to where I left off last blast cycle here! Very happy.
I've upped the poundages slightly on my back-off finishing type sets. They're just getting too damn easy!

MACHINE SQUATS
WIDOWMAKERS

355 X 20
255 X 15

Oh yeah!! Now we're talking!! Intensity baby!! I love going all-out. Exerting so much effort that you wonder if you're going to survive the ordeal. This is the way a workout should be. You should wonder whether or not you're going to live through it!!

SEATED HORIZONTAL LEG PRESSES

470 X 12
470 X 12

I went up 20 lbs from last week. I'm not worried so much about the sheer amount of weight here. I'm more concerned with form and hitting my targeted muscles. So these are full reps. Not like the professionals on youtube using quarter-reps!! ha ha

HAMSTRINGS

STIFF-LEGGED DEADLIFTS

355 X 10
255 X 15

Getting heavy now. Feeling them deep in my hams.

STANDING ONE-LEGGED HAMSTRING CURLS

110 X 11
70 X 18

That back off set was anything but light!! And the burn was insane!! I just kept on repping and growlin' like a demon!! :aargh::smite:

CALVES

SEATED CALF RAISES

250 x 15
250 x 15

I'm trying hard to bring up my calves. I neglected them for so long. Now I'm putting emphasis on all bodyparts. No more favoritism!!

STANDING ONE-LEGGED DB CALF RAISES

60 lb. DB X 16 reps.

I get incredible contractions with these. I "feel" these in my calves better than any other single exercise that I have ever performed. Period. Try 'em for yourselves. Be amazed!!

Workout done, recorded, and logged. Time for some food!! ha ha

New log should be up this weekend, by the way.

Keep Battling Like Tomorrow Will Never Come!! :duel:

Between the video and your w/o I am primed for todays carnage. Great stuff TG!

After being out of commission for a week this workout and video bought chills to me,,.. I'm gonna destroy the weights today. Thank you!!!

Hey Bon, your sig reminds me of a phrase I once read: "It takes alot of hard work to become an over-night success!"

Never seen it but, I have been told that it was a strange flic.

Seriously strange flick. Reminds me of Trainspotting in a way.. the filmed effects when they're shooting up and the drug hits them are pretty cool tho.. good song too, Lil' Jon put some words to that beat, some crunk ish..

He's got a mental block in there somewhere...obviously some trauma involved. j/k

Mood Music!!

Psyched, psyched, psyched!! Heart pounding. Blood pumping. Pulse racing. Hairs on the back of my neck standing straight up! Tingles of electricity pulsating through my body!!

Let's do this!! :head:

Unbelievably disturbing film, but maybe one of the finest works of art as a film I have ever seen. I can't really say I enjoyed it as it left me feeling like **** but I believe that was it's intent... in that case well done!!

I saw Rob Halford, Queensryche, and Iron Maiden play at the San Diego Sports Arena when I was 17. Best concert I have ever seen to this day. The TG and I wholeheartedly agree on what is good music. Rock on my brotha!

TALES FROM THE ABYSS!!

SHOULDERS

MACHINE SHOULDER PRESSES

245 X 8-5-3 = 15 total reps. DC rest-pauses. 15 deep breaths.
170 X 18

I was shocked at how light that first set felt. At first. ha ha It got heavy towards the end. I can already tell that this blast is going to move my weights up nicely. Starting off very strong!

CABLE BAR FRONT RAISES

110 X 11
70 X 15

Keeping the emphasis on form with all lateral type movements. My shoulders are already strong, now it's time to make them round! Like big ol' cantaloupes.

ONE-ARM BEHIND BACK CABLE SIDE LATERALS

60 X 10
45 X 15

Great pump. Blood engorged my delts. Veins running across my anterior deltoids and around the medial sides. Looked fuckin' sick boyz!!

ONE-ARM UPPER PULLEY REAR LATERALS

80 X 11
60 X 15

My greatest structural weakness is my posterior deltoids. (rear delts) Time to isolate and dominate!!

PRE-EXHAUST SET: DB SIDE LATERALS WITH DB SHOULDER PRESSES

DB Side Laterals: 40's X 15
DB Shoulder Presses: 50 's X 16

Excruciating. And beautiful!!

FOREARMS

BLASTER-BAR HAMMER CURLS

150 X 10
120 X 14

I used my triceps blaster bar. It has a neutral or hammer-type grip. Palms facing each other. Perfect little bar for forearm blasting!!

ONE-ARM HAMMER CABLE CURLS TO THE INNER CHEST (PINWHEELS)

85 X 12
85 X 12

I love this exercise so freakin' much!! I'm definitely going up in weight next week. This is just too light!

ABS

3 TRI-SETS OF ROPE CRUNCHES/LYING LEG RAISES/REVERSE CRUNCHES

3 sets of 25 reps each exercise. Only 30 seconds rest between each tri-set. Feel the burn baby!! :smite:

Great workout!! Focus was incredible this morning. I'll credit the USPLabs JACKED for that!! I started using the JACKED 12 days ago. So I've had 9 total workouts on it. It is very good stuff. Very good indeed. I'm using the maximum dose of 3 scoops 45 minutes pre-workout. I'm also adding 5 grams of Beta-Alanine to it!! I love my BA!!

Fight On Warriors Of The Golden Realm!! :duel:

I saw Twisted Sister (Stay Hungry Tour) and Iron Maiden (Powerslave Tour) together in 1984. I was 20 at the time. That was my all-time favorite show!! They rocked da hizzy!!! :head:

Jesus.... Requiem is one nasty movie... but it is incredible. Just plain sad pretty much. The soundtrack is off the chain though.

looking real solid thundah!

Damn it TG! I am off all weekend and now I want to go grind it out with some heavy iron. Those laterals/presses together have to be brutal. And pinwheels are deffinitely one of my favs. For some reason I just connect with the movement. I guess Jacked is for real then if it can rock your boat!!
