I have always been a big fan of Lee Priest. He is one of the few shorter guys that can really hang with the huge guys. It's tough to compete at sub 250 lbs since Dorian Yates set the HYUGE guy standard. Lee Priest really fills in his frame to the max. Best arms in the business IMO. Freakin cannons. Plus his forearm tattoos are too classic. "It's not revenge, it's punishment". I dunno about the face tattoo though... kinda too iron mike for me.

Well TG...I am Primed no more. My pill habit was reduced as of today and I am only taking DCP (few more days left), fish oil, ECA ocassionally and multivitamin. My pill container looks empty and lonely. Did you notice much difference in your workouts/pumps after dropping Prime?
I miss the PRIME, no doubt. But my workouts and pumps are still awesome. It's just how Thunda rolls!! And of course, I'm still taking my Thundergod's Lightening Strike drink before my workouts. It's got plenty of N.O. supps in it for pumps. :thumbsup: And my 3 containers of USP Labs Jacked is already shipped!! I can't wait to start that shit up!!

Yeah, I'm right there with ya bro. December is my month to cycle off everything.. it's like I don't know what to do to fill the time where I use to be popping pills.. my pillbox is suicidally lonely! The worst part, believe it or not, is not having my morning cup of java (cuz I'm cycled off caffeine as well..), that truly sucks..

Probably wont see Kimbo on the US circuits ever again. But yes, Tyson would actually kill him - though Kimbo would admit that. Tyson was supposedly one of his heroes.

Mike going into MMA would be an awful idea though overall.

This blew 'em but good! It's about time I pushed something with some weight to it!! I don't like restraining my power. But the first set I held back just a little. I never start out my blast cycle all-out. I ease into it the first couple of weeks. More weight next week!

Feels like I haven't missed a beat. In fact it felt kinda light.

This was performed without any rest at all between the 2 exercises. I was sweating bullets!!

3 sets of 25 reps for each exercise. No rest between the individual exercises. And only 30 seconds rest between each tri-set.

It felt so good to finally push something even remotely heavy again. Now I've got 7 more weeks of torture to endure. I couldn't be happier! :D

New Pre-workout Supplementation

I did something a little out of the ordinary for this morning's battle. Instead of drinking my usual Thundergod's Lightening Strike pre-workout drink, I used something new. I made a large order to NutraPlanet last week (my usual monthly order) and asked them to hook me up with some samples. They did!! NP Rulz!!
I took a serving of VPX's NO Shotgun V.3. It was Black Cherry flavor. And not too bad tasting either. Believe it or not! A pre-workout drink that tasted pretty decent. That's a first. ha ha

It says that it is fueled with Redline's Energy technology. In fact I failed to see the warning on the back to not take any other stims with this product. I had already taken an Ephedrine 30 mg. and Yohimbine HCL @20 mg. So I was amped out of my freaking mind!! :woohoo: I also tossed 4 extra grams of Beta-Alanine into the NO Shotgun!! I had unlimited energy, stamina, and focus. It rocked!! I highly recommend this product. :thumbsup:
 
14 total reps on 315! That's a big weight to push that far up the DC ladder. At what point do you move on to something a little heavier? Is it when you hit 15?

Pantera really likes that stuff too. Im gonna have to buy some sooner or later! I have 3 tubs of Jacked and some other left over stuff so it may be a while.:lol:
 
Hey T.G. the wife made up a batch of Powerballs, thanks for the recipe. I like them not only cuz they taste good but they're very filling and are great to have around when there is a need for more in my stomach. I will be using them around Xmas for when everybody is eating cookies and cakes I have something healthy that tastes good as an alternative...
