THUNDERGOD'S 3-WEEK BLITZ-KRIEG with Methyl-E, M-Drol, And D-Bol

DAY 20---WAR REPORT---I can't believe the strength that a low-dose of D-Bol can give!! Of course, I'm using it in a stack, but still---DAMN!! Here's some numbers from the fray. LEGS AND SHOULDERS---LEG EXTENSIONS: 130 X 10. Hard! Immediate drop to 90 X 9. MACHINE SQUATS: 300 X 12 then 3 more rest-pause reps with about 3 to 5 seconds between them for a total of 15 reps!! 300 X 15!! On a machine that's as brutal as Genghis Khan!! lol STIFF-LEG DEADLIFTS: 290 X 12. STANDING ONE-LEGGED HAMSTRING CURLS: 85 X 10. Immediate drop to 60 X 10. SHOULDER MACHINE PRESSES: 200 X 10!! I did it!!:aargh: PR!! Immediate drop to 150 X 9. I went a little easier and stricter on my lateral movements this week. Left rotator is a little tender. It'll be fine though. Just from all the heavy weights. Growing pains I like to call 'em!!:twisted: ONE-ARM CABLE FRONT LATERALS: 75 X 10. Immediate drop to 45 X10 really strict. ONE-ARM CABLE SIDE LATERALS: 65 X 10. Immediate drop to 45 X 10, again strict! ONE-ARM CABLE REAR LATERALS: 70 X 12. Immediate drop to 45 X 10, again in strict fashion! This was another mind-blowing workout! I am totally pleased with the results of this cycle! No bad sides that I have been able to notice. I don't know what my liver enzymes or blood lipids look like obviously, but I feel awesome! I do take 20 grams of healthy efa's everyday, along with 40 mg. of Policosanol and 1,000 mg. of Niacin everyday, so this should really help with my cholesterol levels. I did check Blood Pressure yesterday and it was 132/82!! Still very good for my family history, my weight, and of course the gear I'm taking. 2 grams of Hawthorn Berries everyday must be helping. That and all the cardio I'm doing now. But no bad sides at all to report. No bloating, back pumps, shin or calf pumps, and no lethargy. Whazzup dog?!! This is the best, most productive, fun, and most powerful cycle that I've ever done! Yeah, it's definitely my favorite so far! I've gained 5 totally lean pounds. But I was planning it as a cutting cycle actually. D-Bol probably changed the outcome of that! lol Today is the last day of the 21 day Blitz. I didn't increase any of the dosages like I first outlined in the log. And I'm glad I didn't!! It was plenty powerful already. I've taken 20 mg. daily of 3 different compounds. EST Methyl-E, CEL M-Drol, and D-Bol for the last 20 days. I found that they had very decent synergy together. The gains have been steadily increasing since the first week! Really from days 7 to 10 is when I noticed it was going to be a strong cycle. This one deserves a repeat some day!!:head: THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:

I cant believe thats its pct time already, it only seems like the other day you were saying about doing your cycle, and now its nearly done, so roll on the next cycle!!!!

REVISED PCT PLAN---As it draws closer, I'm finishing up the final dosing details of my PCT that will follow this Blitz-Krieg. As it stand now this is how it will go. These doses are daily doses. WEEK 1: Clomid 100mg. My natty SERM mixture of Resveratrol 2 grams, and Horny Goat Weed Powder (20% Icariin) 2 grams. DHEA 200 mg. Testofen Powder (50% Fenusides extract from fenugreek) 1,500 mg. ATD 50 mg. WEEK 2: Clomid 50 mg. Resveratrol 1,500 mg. Horny Goat Weed Powder (20% Icariin) 1,500 mg. DHEA 150 mg. Testofen 2 grams. ATD 25 mg. WEEK 3: Resveratrol 1 gram. HGW Powder 1 gram. DHEA 100 mg. Testofen 3 grams. ATD 25 mg. I also will take 2 grams of Milk Thistle, 2 grams of Hawthorn Berries, and 40 mg. of Policosanol everyday throughout PCT. THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:

Just like I like it!:twisted: I already told Piston earlier, between back and biceps....I hurled! It's been a while since I trained that hard.:aargh: It was glorious! I feel proud. My puke was like a badge of honor. I trained with such Berserker Rage, that like the berserkers, I was completely worn out after the battle. I then went and laid down for about 15 minutes after the battle, and was refreshed enough to choke down another whey shake and eat some Bran flakes and skim milk. I was then refreshed. Yeah that workout was insane!! But friends it was divine!! PCT is gonna rock, because Thundergod says so!!:head: THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:

PCT---DAY 3---Tuesday is my only total day of rest in my workout schedule. No weights, no cardio,....no fun!:rasp: I know I need the rest, especially in PCT, but I wanna lift some heavy sh*t!! All that gear seems to have left a residual effect within me. I know in reality, all has cleared my system, but I still feel like I'm "on"!:aargh: My PCT was derived from much study, reading, and planning.:study: I must give large amounts of credit to Dr.D for this post cycle protocol. I used this exact same PCT plan last time, with the exception of the AI I'll be using. For the last several PCT's, I have been using a Transdermal Formestane and Trione combo. Since Form is somewhat suppressive (albeit only slightly IMO), I have decided to replace it with oral ATD this time around. I'll be able to judge the wisdom of this decision within the next week. In the future, I'll use the Form/Trione TD while on-cycle to aid in keeping estrogen at bay! Strength is still high, bodyweight is unchanged so far, mood is still fantastic, and libido is holding UP!!:trout: lol THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:

You pour all of your heart and soul into those 9 sets, and it won't be so easy! Yeah, it sounds like MY Heaven. Valhalla is a place of great training and preparation. There's combat and fighting skills all day, and drinking, revelry, and feasting every night!! Then on the morrow, we do it all again!! Pct Day 4

CHEST AND TRICEPS---By-Odin, this is what I'm talking about!! WOW!!:woohoo: What a workout. I had the "bear-shirt" on for sure this morning. The Berserker Rage was in full force!!:aargh: Some PCT numbers: FLAT MACHINE BENCH PRESSES: 290 X 12. INCLINE MACHINE BENCH PRESSES: 290 X 10. PEC-DECK FLYES: 195 X 10. DUMBELL PULLOVERS: 130 X 10. ONE-ARM LOWER CABLE-CROSSOVERS: 80 X 10. These are for the upper pecs. They feel great! OVERHEAD TRICEPS CABLE EXTENSIONS: 180 X 10. PR!! I had to force out a personal best during this PCT!! ONE-ARM CABLE PUSHDOWNS: 80 X 10. Like I've clarified before, this is NOT all the sets nor excercises that I perform. These are merely a few highlights. I am feeling great so far into this PCT. The ATD is already drying me out. My skin looks lots thinner. There's way less water under my skin than last week. I guess that was from the d-bol. I'm down 1 pound. So far I've retained 4 pounds from the Blitz Cycle. Vascularity is the best it's been in many years! Libido is just fine even with 50 mg. of ATD everyday. For the next 2 weeks I'll taper it down to only 25 mg. per day. Libido should actually RISE(;)) with the smaller dose!! This PCT rocks!!:head: THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:

Wow! Those are some serious number, TG!!! 290lb in that high a rep range is sick. And I think if I tried pullovers with that much weight, I'd pop my shoulders out.

Good to see you're continuing to break plateaus even in PCT. Keep it up!

I always get excited over pct myself.My last pct was nolva and drive as far as test boosting and estrogen controlling goes.Then I did three weeks of MMV2 and am now doing ALRI's restore and DTH.Nothing like TG"s PCT's,but they still get me all excited.The restore and DTH started breaking me out faster than any other test boosting combo I've tried.I take that as a sign that it's working!

I'm going 6.I can't help but take the max dose for supps like this.Did 10/10/10 M drol,but when it comes to test boosters or fat burning supps,give me the max!I realy like it too,although I am using restore as well.That will probably be my next PCT.Nolva,DTH,and restore.Starting the restore towards the end of nolva,and continuing the DTH as well after nolva.Ofcourse something else will probably catch my interest by then.I would like to try mass fx as well.
 
How much did you gain from 10/10/10 of the drol, Pantera? Mine's due the sunday after next and I'm still unsure of the doses.

I think 8 lbs.My rack deads went from 365x4-405x10 from week 1-2 which were my best gains.Week three wasn't much.I started to notice weight gains almost immediately,then they dwindled.Alot of people don't notice much at first,then stop at week 3 cause the gains diminish after that.I feel my magic time frame is from day 1-14.Thats why my next m drol cycle will be 2 weeks.Plus my appetite strangely disapeared after week 2,and then came back after stopping the cycle. :think:

Maybe it's decent, but I'm a big godling! I weigh 264 lbs. right now! I can get 315 for 8 reps on Flat Bench most of the time. I can get 21 reps on Incline Bench with 100 lb. DB's. I'm determined right now to keep my reps between 10 and 12 until next cycle. When on-cycle, I'll use higher reps coupled with drop-sets, descending sets, and rest-pause reps to up the intensity!:aargh: THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:

Ultimately the decision is yours and yours alone to make. This cycle was my SIXTH time using Superdrol (or a clone--M-Drol) in either standalones or stacks. I would suggest you to do a 3-weeker dosing it like this: 10/10/20 for this first run. Take all your ancillaries and support supps, and you'll not only be fine, you'll be bigger and stronger!! Log it, so we can all be there to back you up!! I appreciate everyone for being here to support me. I can never repay you guys for all the motivation and inspiration you guys have given me. Off topic--I was talking to Piston about pre-workout androgens and stuff (like I always do! lol) and he said that ALRI Methoxy TRN would make a better pre-workout booster than the MMV2, MDHT, or TST that I always use and rave about. I was asking him about the possibility of using Winstrol for pre-workout aggression and strength, and although he said it was great, he said the TRN is "mana Brah"!! SO since we're screwed on ever finding anymore MethylRage or M-5AA, we DO have the TRN to experiment with! I've got 3 bottles in stash now. I'll be using 1 of them in my next cycle. I've got a wedding anniversary in 2 weeks, and a birthday in 3 weeks, so you know what I'm telling my wife to get me. MORE TRN!!!:aargh: THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:
 
Burst-cycling, ideologically, is more about compound choice than length. For example, you would not run Trenbolone Acetate alone in a six-week cycle.

Thundergod, if you are insistent on running orals only, I think 6 weeks of D-Bol solo, with a competent AI, is a far better choice than your current cycle. This is just a really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really poorly designed cycle. I realize you most likely will not change your mind, but it was worth a shot.

Knowing better does not simply mean knowing what you are doing wrong, but avoiding the wrong choices in the first place. This choice is all kinds of bad buddy.
I'm not picking on Mulletsoldier per se, but I'm just using this remark as a reference point to all the nay-sayers about my dosing or choice of compounds for this cycle. You were ALL wrong!! The compounds had fantastic synergy, only complimented one another, and fulfilled every desire I had for this short, yet intense cycle.:thumbsup: Let me clarify: The D-BOL: was obviously for mass and strength! The M-DROL: was for strength and dry gains as it doesn't aromatize much at all. THE METHYL-E: as an Epi clone, this was used for it's abilities an as AI, to keep bloat down from d-bol, and to guard against estrogen spikes and any gyno concerns with either d-bol or M-drol. I really DID have a method for my madness. I'm just really sad to see that it was said,"This choice is all kinds of bad buddy"!!:sad: I feel the choices were, and are, very good!!:woohoo: JMO!! I'm going 6.I can't help but take the max dose for supps like this.Did 10/10/10 M drol,but when it comes to test boosters or fat burning supps,give me the max!I realy like it too,although I am using restore as well.That will probably be my next PCT.Nolva,DTH,and restore.Starting the restore towards the end of nolva,and continuing the DTH as well after nolva.Ofcourse something else will probably catch my interest by then.I would like to try mass fx as well.

I haven't tried Restore, but that sounds interesting to add to DTH, which I just tried recently and absolutely LOVED! Within just a few days you really feel it working. Chuck D says to start it during your last 3 days on, since that's about how long it takes to really kick in, and your whole pct should be golden. I, unfortunately, only employed it after a full pct that left me feeling a bit shutdown still. But it has worked well at getting me back on track.

I'll definitely have it in place for my next pct coming up in about 6 weeks...(takin' a page from the TG's book and running a three-weeker of my own pretty soon. Thanks again for all the advice on that one, bud!)
