Of course I drink lightening and burp thunder!!

I have an EMS (electro muscle stimulator) device I used to use after every workout. Some powerlifters and bodybuilders use these to help their muscles recover after intense exercise. And Lee Haney (7-time Mr. Olympia) said that it helped to harden his muscles.

I need to break it back out and start using it again since I'm training very intensely now. It has 4 large pads. And I can set the pulse frequency for either short, quick bursts or a steady and fierce contraction hold. My wife would watch me use it and shake her head in disbelief. It does cause incredible pain! It looks as if the muscles will jump right off the bone!!

I was using it for chest one afternoon and watching a little television at the same time, when the door bell rang. I left it going on a slow but intense pulse and answered the door. It was my brother. I opened the door and his eyes looked like this....:eek: LOL He said, "Brother...what in the Hel are you doing??!!"

I bought mine at a pharmacy 9 years ago before you had to have a prescription for them. The reason you need a prescription for one now is the FDA requires it after some people have torn muscles and had burns with using them without proper knowledge. You can still find them on the internet. But they only help with recovery. They will NOT build muscle or strength. It takes lifting weights to do that!! :thumbsup:

I can't risk any injuries right now. I've got to work. My hours have already been reduced to 24 per week. 4 nights of 6 hour shifts. Good for working out and yakkin' on the forum here...but not so good for the wallet!

The rich are causing these problems, hording all the money up in their covetousness. When it comes down to it...I will take their food!!

Well I must say you guys inspired me to do some FT training this morning. Just 45 mins on Elliptical, took my AP, 1-C, 2 LeviReloaded, and a large amounts of BCAA's pre & intra. I was tempted to add the Sesamin Oil, but I figured any fats at all would mess this up.
Was very alert (The 150mg caffeine would do that no doubt) but hopefully those 950 cals were mostly fat and minimal muscle catabolism.

YUMMY D-BOL Thats what we get brought up on, it has to be one of the best feeling steroids around, lovely as it dissolves under the tounge, as you know i love running everything at the bare minimum, and at the minimum amount, i loved dbol, even at 5mg per day it was giving me great results, recovery , strength, and size, what will you dose it at big brother?

The E-Max is an Epithio. Like Epistane, but I can't say it's Epi or Neoborn will PM me again saying not to!!! :(

And you are right on the money. I use it to keep estro at bay. It keeps the gains lean and dry!! :head:
 
Geeze, whenever I read your workouts it really makes me want to keep up with the high intensity lifts. I especially like the 2-set deal you've got going. I went high volume this morning and felt like a queer.

Maybe once my cut is through I'll go back to it, great workout though, beastly incline!!!

Dbol is a huge mass gainer right TG? It is very wet also I believe, reason:Epi

I keep 'em higher for safety reasons. That, and I respond to higher reps better than 4 to 6 rep stuff.

This wasn't a high intensity workout though. When I start the cycle next week, I'm breaking out the rest-pauses, partials, and static holds once again!!

Currently using it and I am enjoying it. It depends what exactly you are looking for though. I have used it to help bring the area of my obliques out and have seen decent results

Napalm is the bomb diggity. You probably won't need the ECA. I would drop it, the 11oxo/napalm/recreat should be bad ass. If you want something else to add to it, add some anabolic pump.

Just a quick note about those 2 co-workers. One was fired yesterday for arguing with the other one!!! They turned on each other rather than fukkin with the immortal one!! :firedevil:

I said they might be silly:jester:, but not totally insane!! :Eyecrazy:
