I have my diet planned out. Been following it for a week now, eating healthy previously. What are your thoughts on this weightloss stack?

TTA-500 (1 cap 2x perday, one before lunch, one before dinner)
Raspberry Ketones (1 cap 2x perday)
CLA Supreme Caps (1 cap 3x perday)
Shift (2 caps before breakfast)

___Consider That im taking:
Already taking:
DAA (4 caps Morning)
Fish Oil (2 gels 3x per day)
Mens One-a-Day (1 a day hah)
Joint repair (2 tabs 2x perday)

Doint interval cardio for fat loss, and 5x5 training (mostly, focusing on test building exercises)

Thanks!

Think of it not as weight loss but FAT LOSS. I'm sure you know what YOU need to be eating in terms of macros wise.

Keep it basics with what you have for now. Wait 4-6 weeks, assess it then step it up a further notch.

Eat, sleep, train, repeat
What are your stats? (weight height age etc)

I'd probably simply stick to TTA and Rasp Ketones personally. Oh and your multi sucks btw.

Diet will be the BIGGEST factor in your weight loss. As long as you're eating under maintenance, you're good to go.

Pretty much that, I think most multis are a waste unless you're in a drastic deficit or have a known deficiency in something.

TTA is fine but for the RK make sure you're getting about 1 G 30 minutes before meals, it's constituents tend to help fight appetite and might help you say no to just a bit more of this or that.

Like he said though diet/training are the most important factors here by far. As far as test boosting exercises go, that's a bit over played imo and any fluctuation of hormones will be temporary, just focus on a good routine. There's a lot of good basic ones out there, 5x5 is fine and when your cutting down strength should be your focus not hypertrophy.

Never taken TTA, but aren't you supposed to run Taurine with it or something? Could have sworn i heard about bad cramping.

TTA is boss, but it may cause cramping in most users. A 1G doses should be fine it didn't get bad for me till I was up around 2 and even then it was only when I was really physically strained. I would suggest if you wanted to do a large dosing regimen maybe acquire some Poseidon by Nimbus if you can or some generic potassium supplement. I see those doing a lot more for you then Taurine imo.

If you use SNS TTA it comes with a built in electrolyte complex which can be nice when dosing TTA...but dodge got you covered on all other fronts ;)

Thanks for all the advice. I'm going to do the following:

SNS TTA (1 cap 2x perday)
Raspberry Ketones (1 cap 2x perday)
Potassium supplement

+My other supplements I listed before for general health

RHADAM- would u suggest another supplement to take in place of it? Another multi? ++what would be a good supplement to take to help feeling lethargic?

*i don't have low test (Total Test: 850, Free Test: 145, Prolactin: 4.5), I have heard that low prolactin levels are bad? Could have something to do with my slight case of gyno?
THOUGHTS?

TTA-500 (1 cap 3x per day, one before lunch, one before dinner and the last before bed)
Raspberry Ketones (1 cap 3x per day)
you need 2 bottles CLA Supreme Caps (2 caps 3x per day) 6-8g daily

for the DAA for how much time did you plan run it?

OP, i use Orange Triad (provides joint complex and immune/digestive complex + 45 servings at a full dose), or Anavite (provides BA and LCLT, 30 servings at full dose). If you're on a budget, get Life Force. Otherwise, those bargain brand vits do nothing for you really. Add some Vitamin C @ 2g+ daily for cortisol control.

Running the DAA for another 4 weeks. Its been a week already. Running it as follows:

4caps in morning (week1)
4caps in morning (week2)
3caps in morning (week3)
2caps in morning (week4)
1cap in morning (week5)

Would you advise against running it as a stand alone test booster? My levels are currently at 850 total test, 145 free test

I usually like to run DAA with something like Formestane or Erase. However, I know many that run DAA alone just fine.

Everything else for the most part seems covered.

Good luck!

EC + Erase. Thermo/Stim + Cort Control + Anti-E + Slight Test Boosting properties. Erase shines on a cut IMO really helps with tightening up and getting more vascular.
