Thoughts On My Fat Loss Stack?

I am doing IF for a minimum of 16 hours. I need to loose about 20-30lbs of fat and I've been out of the gym for awhile so I also need to get my strength gains back up. Below is what I plan to use as my Fat loss stack, especially trying to curve the cravings before bedtime.
I take Adderall and drink coffee so I'm hesitant to take a stimulant in the morning, but I could stop drinking my coffee and add a stimulant fat burning if I did what would be a good option? Thank you!

Morning 7AM: (What would be an alternative to thermo scorch that is a stimulant, that would work well with this stack?)

Afternoon 30 Mins Before Workout 1-2PM:
I'm trying decided between Recomp20 OR Follidrone 2.0, I am leaning towards follidrone though.

Night time 4PM: I start eating at 5PM
LipoVantage 3 Caps
 
There is no alternative that is going to be a stimulant that is exactly like Thermo Scorch. Lipo Elite would be probably the closest you would get, you would lose a couple ingredients and gain a couple ingredients.

You can take them together if you would like. A lot of people use Lipo Elite at one dose per day instead of two, and then will take other things with it. It really depends on your individual stimulant preferences.

Another great stimulant option is newest version of Thermagize XT. A lot of people love that and have commented on how great it is for appetite control.

LipoVantage is great for fat loss and nighttime appetite control.

You mentioned cravings before bedtime, Lean Edge Nite Burn is great for if you wake up with cravings during the night.

If your goal is fat loss and gaining strength and muscle back, then I would go with Recomp20 because that's exactly what its designed to do and there's a ton of feedback on it. Alpha One also has some really great feedback and would fit those goals as well.

I agree. I had thought about including that in my post myself bc I use it anytime I'm cutting.

Ok so I got Compound20,Lipo Vantage and Thermoscortch.
How should I dose these? I’m fasting in morning until 5PM I’m working out around 12-2pm or so. I wake up at 6am. Wanting to stop snacking so much while I’m in my eating zone.

That's a very good stack.

There are several ways that you can do this, not so much a right or wrong way, just personal preference.

Here is what I would do based on the hours you provided:

Morning 7AM:
2 capsules of Recomp20 + 1 capsule Thermo Scorch

Afternoon 30 Mins Before Workout 1-2PM:
2 capsules Thermo Scorch

Nighttime 4PM:
3 capsules LipoVantage & 2 capsules of Recomp20

Here is what I do myself, but I don't fast and my weight training is at night and I sometimes do cardio in the morning on an empty stomach:

Morning - I do the same on cardio and non-cardio days
3 Thermo Scorch
2 Recomp20

Night - I train late; on non-training days I'll take my dosages slightly earlier but still the same as your dosing or later.
3 LipoVantage
2 Recomp20

The way that Recomp20 works, it can be taken before a workout but it doesn't have to be. I space my dosages out twice per day, and it just happens to fall that the second dose is before my nighttime workout on training days.

Is there a difference if I don’t take Thermo scorch before my workout? What would the difference be between your first dosing schedule compared to the one you use?
Also when should I start feeling the effects?

The one I use is just customized around my schedule which is a little different than yours. I weight train at night, and also my appetite is the biggest at night, which you said yours is too, but I'm up super late.

You could do all 3 Thermo Scorch in the morning or before working out. The reason for the pre-workout timing is that some studies indicate that MitoBurn may intensify the fat burning effects of exercise. But I think the main things is consistent dosing.

These are all stimulant free so the main 'feel' component is going to be the appetite control from LipoVantage and a lot of people say that Recomp20 helps them feel better and have more muscle fullness and that its very noticeable when dieting. I see that myself.
 
How long can I run reduce XT? 8 weeks then 2 week break then start again?
You could even do 12 weeks then 1-2 week break then start again if you wanted. I always tend to try to give my body a break after a 12 week run on anything.
 
Isn’t there a massive risk of cancer with Carderine, at least there was in the rodent studies.
Those studies were on Han Wistar prone to adenocarcinomas. Caradrine does increase blood vessels so if you have cancer it would certainly not be a good idea to take it.

Good point - and I think an important takeaway from the point that you made about it being done in rats that are prone to adenocarcinomas - is that is that 99% of the population doesn't really know what they're prone to until its too late.

We may know what we have a family history of and that's a good indicator, but there is also a lot of lifestyle and environmental factors that can make us more prone to certain things.

I found it odd that Cardarine and SR9011 were mentioned in a thread in the supplement section as if they are supplements, when they aren't; especially when your question was about specific supplements and had nothing to do with them. They are sarm's/research chemicals that may have side effects linked to them.

If someone knows what they are and chooses to use them, that's on them. But what I worry about is someone seeing that suggestion in a supplement thread and thinking that they're a supplement and then failing a drug test because of them and getting kicked off a team, losing a scholarship, etc.
 
Would be cool if people didn’t just randomly recommend questionable drugs in the supplement forum when OP didn’t even hint at wanting something like that.

It’s also spelled Cardarine, would help if you could hop over the tiniest hurdle of using proper spelling.

Must be nice to just disregard OP and blurt out some drugs then disappear.

OP seems to be covered in general already though (luckily).
