In a free society, it is never against the law to discuss hypothetical/theoretical information.
They may be making a concerted effort to dismantle the constitution, but first amendment rights are something they think twice about screwing with.
Don't get me wrong, I believe they should be legal. As it was written, the constitution protects our rights to put whatever we want into our body. I guess I was just confused if we're talking about OTC stuff here, and like I stated, which products would be good for a first time user?
There were a great many Legal, OTC steroids known as Pro Hormones or Designer Steroids (PH/DS) depending on if it was active or converted into another steroid upon consumption.

This is not really true. All drugs need FDA approval. What was being sold were unapproved drugs. If they are banned, they are no longer unapproved drugs but banned and/or illegal drugs.
The fact that they were being sold is more an issue of enforcement rather than one of legality.
Legal to "Buy" my friend not legal to sell.
A consumer is not (Obviously with the FDA's actions lately) responsible for being intelligent enough to know what they ingest lol.
But really though they are legal to buy and use. Now they company's producing them may have been riding in the "grey market" area yes, and it seems that time has come to a close.
I will put it like this, I could get in trouble and possible face jail time if I purchased some Test(which is Fed up...) but I can go and pick up 5 bottles of Epistane and halodrol right now and not be in any trouble at all.
