After a few days off i got back to training and hit it hard took 2 caps of epidrone pwo hit my warmup then got pumpin the workout was
Chest/back bi/tri superset 10-20 seconds rest between sets

Inlcine db press-deadlift - 4 sets 7 reps
Smith flat bench press-bent over row - 4 sets 7 reps
Cable cross over-lat pull down -3 sets 15 reps

Preacher curl- vbar press down -5 sets 8 reps
Hammer curl- double rope press down -5 sets 8 reps

Had a kick @$$ workout today my body felt great felt really strong on all lifts

Changed up the routine for the last 2 weeks of this cycle just been burned out latley with work and helping the wife with r boys especially since axel HULK started teething tomorrow will be shoulders and legs more updates to come

Arnold Press- lat raise
Plate raise-rear delt fly
Shrugs front/ back

Squat-stiff leg deads
Leg extensions-hammy curl
3 way calve raise
This workout was a sweat storm still drippn as i type this and the pump was insane this is the last day of week 6 for me i will resume training monday morning . the biggest thing i noticed this week was the fullness in my body and the size i feel bigger and fuller still no sides and body feels great 2 more weeks to go more updates on the way

Lol i wish been hittn 295 for sets of 7 on my smith machine flat bench and 125 each side for sets of 5 on my incline leverage bench

This morning i was shocked at the scale i weighed in at 286.5 down almot 10 lbs from the start of this cycle !!! I ate crappy all weekend and still had a number like this show up got me super pumped tomorrow is legs and shoulders still no sides libido is still thru the roof and body is feelin gr8 more updates to come
 
Aint that the truth. The wife was going through some pictures and I was looking at some of me when I was in my mid to late 20s, and Its obvious my priorities were somewhere else back then!

My waist is visibly thicker due to carb loading last weekend but my weight was the same as yesterday my body feels fuller and stronger from the extra carbs more updates to come
